You can reserve Villa Del Sol if you can't find your desire dates at Grace, or rent both Villas for a total of 9 bedrooms and 150 feet of caribbean beach, for larger gathering of family/ friends.

Magnificent oceanfront villa with an infinity pool that overlooks the ocean offers stunning views and a beautiful sandy beach that is literally right outside your door, and virtually your own! With 5 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms this two story villa makes for an ideal vacation retreat for families, friends or couples. If you are looking for a private oasis to enjoy with friends or family or a romantic getaway right on the beach, you will be delighted.
The living and dining rooms open onto a sprawling patio and your oceanfront is just a few steps away where you'll discover luxury lounge chairs on the white sandy beach. Relax under the palapa, feel the ocean breeze and enjoy the sound of the sea or simply bask in the warm caribbean sun. The sandy beach outside your door stretches for a long way in both directions, perfect for a morning stroll or gorgeous sunset walk.
The outdoor terrace or the second floor balconies are other locations where you can take in the ocean views and enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning, or a margarita in the afternoon and evenings. Or relax at the infinity pool while lounging on a raft or enjoy a swim.
The home is well appointed for large group meals in the dining room, as well as more informal meals on the patio lounge areas. All with the backdrop of the ocean view to set the perfect ambience.
The beach is mostly empty, so you feel very private at villa grace but yet you are only 3 miles from town. It is the perfect combination of privacy with very close proximity to the restaurants and shopping Cozumel offers.
The location of the villa is unbeatable and the spaciousness, luxury and attention to details in every room will make you certain that you feel right away relaxed and ready to leave your stress behind.
Many owners use big words to describe their homes, I assure you, that we spare nothing to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. We are a touch above in cozumel. We have two other properties in cozumel that are cared for in the same way. Our staff and manager will great you and make sure you are taking care of in the most gracious way.

Perfect Getaway for Families.
We loved the home and location. It was private and off the beaten path. We enjoyed having the chefs cook for us. They were lovely and it was a real luxury for us. Everyone was very accommodating and there was plenty of room for our 6 kids! I would definitely come back.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting
My husband and I just stayed here with 6 other friends to celebrate his 40th birthday and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, with 5 fully furnished bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and shower. The master bathroom has a huge tub, though we couldn't figure out how to keep the drain plugged, I'm sure Gerardo (the maintenance man) could've helped us figure that out. Each room has a view of the ocean, so no one feels left out or that they have a bad room. This is what I particularly loved about the house. When we arrived, there were a couple of issues, which Fulvio (the host) immediately addressed and handled and was very good and fast with responding to my emails throughout our stay. The issues we had and that were immediately addressed and handled included one of the bathroom showers having a very hard water pressure, turning on the fountain features outside and inside, some bugs in the house, and the ice machine not working (this was not fixed, but they provided bags of ice). Also the pool lights and infinity feature were not working. They fixed the pool lights, but unfortunately the infinity feature was not able to be fixed, so the pool was filled up so as to give the infinity pool feel. One thing I would request be changed is to take out the bushes that have grown larger in front of the ocean view in the backyard. The photo shows them very small and not blocking the view, but unfortunately they are more grown and block the view of the ocean from the pool. The kitchen is also not shown in the photos, and is probably the least beautiful feature of the house. It can use some updates as it is small, has older appliances as well as some chipped tile. This didn't bother us though as we spent very little time in the kitchen, due to hiring the chefs. The chefs were amazing and I would definitely recommend using them. They made almost everything from scratch including fresh squeezed juice every morning, and from scratch soups, salads and wonderful dishes. They were also very sweet and considerate of the different times we needed our meals. Though I did mention some things that needed updates, I'm giving this house 5 stars as the house overall is beautiful, with fantastic views and bedrooms and the service from the host Fulvio as well as the chefs were fantastic. I would stay here again if I had 5 couples, otherwise I would stay in the newer house next door, by the same owners, which has one less room.
A perfect Cozumel retreat!
What a wonderful rental experience! A beautiful location and a nicely laid out home. The kitchen had all of the necessary utensils and cookware. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The air conditioning worked great. The pool and property were very clean and well-kept. The maid service and lawn / property maintenance were fantastic. And.... best of all... on our last night three nests of loggerhead turtles hatched and the boys helped guide hundreds of them to the sea (as they were scrambling the wrong way toward the light of the beachside houses. We will definitely look to book this house when we return for our next dive adventure!

Beautiful place, great people providing services nice private beach.
Had a great time with family of 12. Perfect layout for us. Meals were great. We had chef for half time and grilled and cooked the other half. Walked a half mile south on beach to snorkel off the beach and swam and kayaked and played in the beach in front of the house. Had some seaweed for part of the week but Gerardo worked like crazy to clear the beach for us. Tides and wind changed part way through the week and beach was clear. Sandy beach was perfect for football, soccer and simply walking. House was very clean - every day- and we enjoyed the large dining table where we shared meals and played cards. Very nice house, beach and people. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property, wonderful service!
We went with a group of six adults and two children and had a wonderful time. The property was wonderful and staff were great. The meal preparation package option was a great addition to the stay as well. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a quiet beach vacation!

Perfect beach getaway
We just got back from seven days in this amazing home, and we loved every second of it. The location was perfect, as it was away from all of the cruise ship traffic around town, but it was close enough to get to the grocery store and back quickly. The house was exactly what we were looking for, and the beach was private and quiet (except whenever the speed boat tours came by). We opted for the meal plan, and were we ever glad we did. The chefs were so incredibly nice, and the food was exceptional. I would recommend this package for anyone staying at one of these properties. In fact, all of the staff at the house was very friendly, and incredibly hard working. We will absolutely stay at Villa Grace (or Villa Del Sol, next door) the next time we head to Cozumel.

Absolutely Amazing Trip
This property is one of the best we have ever stayed in and the people were absolutely amazing!! From the owner to property manager to the onsite people.....they made us feel right at home and were beyond incredible on how they took care of us in every aspect! We will definitely be using this property for our next trip to the island. 5 Stars !!!!!

June 2019 stay at Villa Grace
We stayed at Villa Grace 6/8 - 6/15/2019. Ten adults with no children. We scheduled everything with Ronen Seri, Fulvio Cuccurullo, and Sandra Olguin. Prior to our arrival, they responded to our questions via email very quickly. During our stay, they followed up to make sure everything was okay. We arrived early to the house Saturday the 8th and everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We never ran out of hot water even when everyone was getting ready to go to dinner. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you need. The chilled water tank was adequate for all of us. One of the attendees brought their Apple TV so we could watch TV in English. In the evening the Wi-fi was a little slow with everyone’s phones, IPads, tablets, and laptops synced to it. Bring bug spray because in the evenings the mosquitos were very active. No sea weed on the beach and it felt as if we had our own private beach. PROS: Ronen, Fulvio, and Sandra provided excellent service. Good communication throughout the process. Housekeeping was good. They showed up on time and did a thorough job. You never really knew they were there. We had fresh towels every day and they changed our linen at least once that I can recall. Chefs were excellent!!!!! We used them for breakfast and lunch. Each meal was very good. They were flexible with our schedule for the mornings we went scuba diving. Always on time. They provided the food and cleaned the kitchen afterwards. They were kind and fun to talk to. Suggest you examine your schedule because after a full day of diving, sun, and fun, we would have loved to have stayed in for dinner in lieu of getting dressed and going out. We provided Sandra a list of snack foods and different beers for the house and it was all there when we arrived. She did a great job of putting flowers in each bedroom. Her fee for providing the service is well worth it. Gerado(?)– the groundskeeper was very good. Every morning he raked the sand where the lounge chairs were, clean the sand off the covered patio, cleaned sand out of the pool, and cleaned sand off the patio furniture. He is very kind and helpful if you have questions. He lives on site, but you never see him unless you’re up very early in the morning. Outdoor seating: Adequate for all ten adults and comfortable. Cons: Furniture in the living room for ten adults wasn’t adequate to watch TV in the evenings (seats 4 adult men comfortably).

Total relaxation
This was the perfect setting for a family vacation: 3 generations getting together in an idyllic spot. Being right on the beach meant that the grandsons could go out to build sand castles or run along the beach (with a parent or grandparent) on the slightest notice . . . no need to pile into a car or check other family members' plans. The small pool was fun to splash in as well. We took advantage of the catering service, and loved it. Edgar is an excellent chef, and the convenience could not be beat. Although the water on the beach right outside the property was murky the whole week due to strong northern winds (or currents?), a short 200-yard walk to the south took you to a jetty beyond which the water was crystal clear and the boys could see the fish. And easy snorkeling from the beach at that point. Excellent service from Fulvio, answering questions, providing information on transportation to and from the airport. And the property was kept spotless by the daily housecleaning crew and the garden/pool maintenance. Truly just a wonderful week. Would gladly return!
