Fantastic Cape Cod Getaway
Yiping's place has it all! A huge patio, an excellent view of the water, and plenty of space are just a few of the highlights of this one-of-a-kind property. Our group had no idea that there was a large boathouse down the hill from the main house - the place is quite a complex. All of the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The dock and deck are perfect for lounging around and taking in the view, and we enjoyed using the kayak and canoe to explore the lake. "Peaceful" certainly describes the property well. Yiping was a great host, and we all hope to come back to his place someday!

Great Family Vacation House
My family had a great time at this home which overlooks Follins Pond. Great views and kayaking fun. Nicely located between Dennis and Yarmouth. Great for family get togethers.

Perfect family getaway
Since we had young children in our group it was wonderful having easy access to a clean private beach just down the hill behind the home, and the deck at the boat house is a great place to sit and watch the sun set. Views of the trees and water from the windows at the back of the house and back patio are peaceful. The kitchen is newly remodeled. Bedrooms are all a good size, and three of the 4 bedrooms have attached full bathrooms. One master bedroom is large enough to easily fit a travel crib beside the bed and still have a lot of room to move around. The neighborhood is residential, tucked-away from the main roads, and safe. The owner is attentive and communicative when needed. We highly recommend a stay at this property.

Great getaway for the family
We had a great time- kids were able to swim, catch fish, snails, hermit crabs in the lake. We rode our bikes around the neighborhood and on the rail trail. House was very clean and Yiping was very accommodating and attentive. He even brought us our clothes that we left in the dryer after we checked out!

Great family week
We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful property. The location is perfect if you seek a quiet relaxed visit, but it is not too far from the Route 28 action. Tons of food choices nearby. The beach and dock were great for kids swimming and fishing. Kayaks were too. We enjoyed our week very much,

Fall getaway
Beautiful property exactly as described. Yiping was very easy to work w - my elderly mother was not able to go down to the boathouse bc of the steep incline but was still able to enjoy the water views from the house above. Each room had individual heaters, which allowed us to keep the temperature as we wanted and not have to heat the parts of the house we didnt use. So nice to have my dogs w me and for them to run around freely! (Just watch out for ticks!) I would definitely come again next time i was in the area! And having fresh filtered water already in the fridge was nice! Thank you!
