Perfect for our weekend.

Needed a place for my brother’s wedding. For two nights in a three bedroom house was the same price as a one bedroom hotel. Perfect for us with our two little ones, we had separate bedrooms for them and didn’t have loud hotel neighbors. They even found a pack and play for us to use so we didn’t have to pack one. Easy to communicate with and we are very satisfied.

Omaha House Review

Overall the house is in a good location and suited our needs for our vacation. Plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. The house sleeps 6 (2 queens and 2 twins). Kitchen was adequate for our needs. Bathroom is small, but also adequate. Bedrooms were large and the a/c worked great, but the house has a neglected air about it. There were lots of cobwebs inside and out and many items could use and upgrade. Would we choose this property again...no. The main reason we would not stay again was the beds. The mattress and box springs on both queen beds had seen many better days in the past! They creaked and groaned loudly if you rolled over or moved in bed, hence not very restful. Bathroom has a pedestal sink, which is fine for some, but it leaves no space to put your cosmetic bag down except the back of the toilet tank. Another shelf and maybe some towel racks would be nice! Shower was good and water pressure was great. Plenty of towels for use in the bathroom. Kitchen utensils were adequate, but the stainless steel pots needed scouring. They did have a tea pot, which is my favorite, since we are tea drinkers. A tea kettle to boil water in would have been nice. A few more plates and glasses would be helpful. I know it is standard to only have enough plates/glasses to serve the number of people staying in the house, but running a half empty dishwasher seems wasteful. Living room has plenty of seating and was comfortable.

Nice house - but not for seniors/handicap individuals

This is a very nice little house in a good location. The neighborhood isn't exceptional - but was quiet and fairly safe feeling. The only issue that we had was the fact that my elderly aunt couldn't get out of the shower on her own. It's too high and takes a big step down. There is no hand support or any way for her to guide herself of the elevated tub enclosure, stepping over the tub wall, and down onto the slick tiles.
