Neat, clean, easy access
I was very pleased with the property. Decorated nicely and looks like it was updated recently. I'm going to have to use some of their ideas at my house. Kitchen appliances and cookware were excellent quality. So many good things to say about what was furnished I'll just say all I needed to purchase at Publics was bar soap and food! Plenty of beach chairs and beach towels in condo we didn't want for a thing. Beach access just outside the patio door is so convienent. Lots of great places to eat close by. I will gladly stay here again in future visits!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo! It’s very clean, great location, quiet neighbors and they had everything we needed- beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and coolers for a fun beach day!

Amazing location!
This condo was fabulous. The drive-up is not appealing, but don't be discouraged. The inside is really nice, and the location is unbeatable. The back patio is literally 3 steps to the short path to the beach. A fresh water shower and hose is conveniently located right there, making going to and from the beach super convenient and clean (by beach standards). We made everyone we met jealous by our location. The AC worked great, as well as all the appliances. Since there is no public beach access right there, it is not a crowded beach. Yet the Cocoa Beach Pier is just a mile walk down the beach. We absolutely loved our time here, and would choose it again.

Can’t beat the convenience
Our family had a wonderful experience at this oceanfront beach condominium. Being first floor ocean side with beach gear provided made it so simple to head to the sand and surf. Everything was clean and the information provided was clear and helpful. The kitchen and linens were stocked with everything we needed. The overall location is back from the road and very short drives to many restaurants, piers, etc. When/if we return to the area (annually for an Orlando volleyball tournament), I would return and probably rent a beach bike for morning rides. (As an aside, the sea turtle conservancy reserves nighttime spots for loggerhead nesting observations- this is just south!)

Perfect Family Stay
The condo was perfect for our family vacation. We were right on the beach just steps from the ocean. The condo was clean upon arrival. All of the stuff you needed for the beach was ready to go. This condo is central to all things Cocoa Beach, and we would highly recommend. The owner of the condo was great he answered all of my questions, had a detailed list of all the best places to eat, shop, and see.

Steps to the beach!
We spent 5 days at this condo in April. It has great views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and balcony. Very private,clean, and quiet unit. Grassy area off balcony for kids to play. Two minute walk to beautiful beach. Even on weekend, beach was never crowded. Updated fully stocked kitchen and everything you need for the beach provided in unit. Publix grocery store and other shops are within 1 mile.

Immaculate, clean, and exactly like advertised. Being on the ground floor made everything so easy. Kitchen appliances were spotless and looked like new. Very handy having washer and dryer. No issues what so ever.

Great visit to the beach
This property is ideal for visiting the beach. Great location and the owners provide plenty of beach toys for the kids. Our children had a blast at the beach.
