Dog friendly, fully furnished Ground Level sleeps 6 (plus sofa-bed for 2 more). Features huge private pristine beach accessible via custom front boardwalk (150' to beach) for lots of fun sandy-beach and ocean activities. Spectacular ocean views from deck and wrap-around porch including 4 islands out front.Full kitchen w/breakfast bar, includes range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, soap, paper products, etc. Open-plan living & dining rooms with wood-burning stove, TV, phone & WiFi internet; also full-size sleeper sofa.Queen Bedroom plus a 'bunk' room w/4 twin-size beds, full bath. Also outdoor hot/cold shower to wash off the sand. On the deck/porch, we provide a gas grill and deck chairs; for the beach, we provide beach chairs and beach umbrellas, and toddler beach toys.THINGS TO DOHike, ride your bike, play golf, paddle board, fish on the river or the ocean, rent a waterski, take a cruise to Seguin Island. Breakfast on the deck and walk to the beach ... Sunbathe, swim and play in the ocean ... Explore Fox Island out front at low tide � visit 2 historic forts just 5 minutes away. Have a bon?re on the beach in front of the cottage and roast marshmallows (owners will provide permit). Take a romantic walk on the beach at sunrise/sunset.
WANT A DAY AWAY FROM THE BEACH?Visit the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath (14 mi); Visit LL Bean's at the Freeport outlets (about 45 minutes away) for some good deals. Take a day trip to BoothBay Harbor (also about 45 mins. away) and shop for unique souvenirs. Take a Seal Watch or Whale Watch Boat Tour from the harbor. Dine at the famous Jamison Tavern. & Restaurant.

Dog friendly ocean view popham beach me
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. It was great to hear the ocean at night, and step out of the door and see popham beach. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed it very much.
