Deposit Requirements: We do not charge a processing fee or refundable security deposit. Instead the reservation portal will add a $49 damage protection fee that will cover the guest against accidental damage up to $3000.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No refund offered.
No refunds for cancellation. Guests are strongly encouraged to buy Travel Guard insurance to protect against unexpected change in their schedule including bad weather.
House Rules: Minimum age to reserve the unit is 25 years. This person has to be present with the rest of the group at all times. Falsifying information to make reservation will be cause of eviction with no refund.
Wrist bands (must be worn at the property) and parking pass (must be displayed at the dash of your car) are required. You must purchase these items from front desk in the ground floor. We are not responsible for theft/damage to your car or contents. Same is true for the valuables left at the unit. Lock the door whenever you go out.
No pets allowed. Summit Resort has a strict NO PET policy. No smoking in the unit or any public place.
You are renting this condo at your own risk. The owner/manager of the unit is not liable for any sickness/death/injuries/accidents of any kind to you or members of your party during your stay.
We are not responsible for injury sustained due to falling /climbing / jumping over railing / deck. You assume all risks during the stay in the condo.
Please do not take TV/DVD or fan/light remote from the unit as they will not work anywhere else.
