The first clues you’re in a new building: clean, sleek fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. The art deco wallpaper behind the dining table is so cool and unique! The bedroom and main space fill with sunlight, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s enough room here to entertain, too. But if you’re tired from a day exploring the incredible neighborhood, sink into the comfy couch and enjoy streaming video on the flat screen TV.

HOUSE RULES:
1. The home is available for check in after 3pm. Check out is before 11am. Depending on availability of the home, we are happy to accommodate an early check-in.
2.- Reservations may be booked up until 11:00am local time on the day of check in. Reservations received after 11:00am local time may be subject to cancellation if they cannot be accommodated. The house will be ready up to six hours after a reservation confirmation has been received.
3. At check in, you will be required to provide a valid photo ID and sign our renters agreement outlining our terms and conditions. A copy of this will be forwarded to you upon request.
4. For stays longer than one month, additional security deposit will be required. For stays longer than three months, the last month of rent will also be due at check in.
5. Complimentary maid service is included for reservations over 7 nights (1 maid service per week). Additional services are available upon request.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.

Very enjoyable. So well located
This unit is ideally locally in Roma Norte, both walking distance from Condesa and la Zona Rosa. Quiet neighbourhood (as quiet as Mexico can be), quiet street. The bedroom is not closed from the main living area. Not a problem for us but maybe for others. 24/7 onsite security; very reassuring. Safe neighbourhood. Convenient stores and groceries nearby. Very well lit apartment. Could be somewhat cold in winter as patio doors do not shut well. In any case, we will rent this unit again. Loved our stay there.

The apartment is clean, safe and in a great part of the Roma - nice walking neighborhood with cafes and good food. I would stay here again eaily.

I love it when things are even better than described
The property is super clean with quality furnishings and especially hotel quality mattress and linens. I greatly appreciate hotel quality sanitation standards in linens, towels and all kitchen and appliance surfaces. The door staff and concierge are very courteous and helpful. Hotels ARE Boring!
