Description
Villa Sea Star has been lovingly furnished and decorated by the owner. Modern furniture and decorations paired with the cheerful colors of Florida form the ambience of this holiday home. A successful mix of modern and Florida style. At the front door Don Juan the green iguana and the sluggish turtle 'Aunt Käthe' are waiting for the holiday guest. Upon entering the house, the view falls through large sliding glass doors directly onto the pool / outdoor living area, which is equipped with a large lounge corner, a dining table for 6 people, a cabinet, 4 deck chairs and a TV. The crystal clear pool invites you to swim. A fire bowl by the pool and appropriate lighting make the whole thing particularly romantic in the evening. The saltwater pool is electrically heated. A grill for juicy steaks or hamburgers as well as a pool bath are also available.
On the canal terrace you will find a round table with a fire pit in the center. Six comfortably upholstered armchairs invite you to linger at night under a starry sky. The right place to enjoy a sun downer and to review an eventful holiday. The boat lift can be used from the guests
Let's get back inside the house:
To the left of the entrance there is a 'cosy corner' – living area - with a comfortable beige sofa and armchairs with colored cushions with Florida motifs. In front of the sliding glass doors there is a modern table made of glass and chrome with 8 white chairs on a grey fluffy carpet.
The master suite / master bedroom with adjoining bathroom is equipped with a king size bed / large double bed and TV. From here you can reach the terrace through sliding glass doors. What could be better than to swim a round one in the cool water of the inviting pool after a healthy sleep in the morning. The bathroom has a corner bath, 2 sinks, a shower and toilet. A walk-in wardrobe has room for many bargains.
On the right side of the house are the other two bedrooms - each with TV. They share a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The white fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, Stainless Steel fridge and freezer / water - and ice dispenser and breakfast bar has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. From the breakfast nook with a round glass and chrome table and 4 chairs in black and white you have direct access to the terrace - the actual living room in Florida.
The second living room has windows with plantation shutter and views of the canal. Also here the comfortable sofa as well as corresponding pictures determine the flair of the house. You will also find a large screen TV - 70 Zoll - and a Sonos music system. You have access to 140 TV channels as well as Amazon TV and Apple TV, as well as a super fast Internet with 150 MBits.
For those who like it particularly sporty 4 canoes (3 x 10 ft. 1 x 12 ft.) are available.
