Description
As the name suggests, this gorgeous vacation home is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Cape Coral, the Rosegarden area, and overlooks no less than three wide Gulf access canals. The landscaping is a tropical festival of tall palm trees, flowering plants and evergreens, while the interior design consists of carefully selected modern furnishings and colorful accents. Dark wood floors and light tiles create a tropical feeling.
The house offers around 2.100 sqft. under air. A kitchen with white wood cabinets and black quartz and silver sparkling counter tops and high end appliances like a convection oven. From brunch with the family to appetizers with friends the dining area is the perfect place to entertain or enjoy casual dinners.
The spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable white leather sectional, a chair and ottoman. TV and entertainment center as well.
The master suite has sliders to the terrace and the enclosed master bath with bath top, walk in shower, toilet and his and her vanities.
On the opposite side of the house you find 2 guest bedrooms – each with his own TV – and a bath room with black marble walk in shower.
The spacious pool area includes a covered patio, several lounge chairs, a summer kitchen with grill, outdoor shower, pool bath and of course a heated swimming pool with spa - absolutely perfect to enjoy outdoor living at its finest while taking in the view across the water. The large dock features a Tiki hut and offers additional space to stretch out in the sun.
