Our Phoenix East 5th floor condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a Large Gulf front pool, Gulf front balcony, heated indoor pool, hot tubs, and a splash pad for the kids! Flat Screen TV in the Den and Master with DVD. There is a racquetball court, basketball goal, tennis courts, exercise room, sauna, FREE Wi-Fi, & grilling/picnic area! The condo has ceramic tile throughout the living area and features a king size bed and a sofa sleeper. Perfect 5th floor location, not to high, not to low!

Anniversary trip
My husband and I enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for the two of use. It was a clean space and very nicely supplied and decorated unit. If we get the chance for it to be the two of us again we will definitely consider this into as a location for our next get away.

ANOTHER FANTASTIC VIST IN THIS AWESOME CONDO
We just returned from our third stay at this beautiful condo. This condo is is the perfect location to explore the beach, restaurants, and multitudes of shopping areas, and it's just a few miles down the road to the outlet malls. This condo has everything - updated appliances, comfortable and modern balcony furniture, and a gorgeous beach view. We enjoyed the new Keurig :) You will not be disappointed so reserve this beautiful home away from home -- come on down and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Alabama. Can't wait to return in November. Process easy. I do find that cleaning fee is ridiculously high, considering, you have to do a bunch of things in order to checkout. Seems that if Place is left presentable, there could be a fee or deposit of some type credited back. Just say. Great place though
