Villa Boaters Dream is anything but an ordinary Cape Coral vacation home thanks to its unique interior design and decorator accents. Classic seaside style - white furniture is everywhere, and the dominating colors are Mediterranean, with shades of blue and light green. The overall image is rather like a beach cottage, further enhanced by the color-matched decorations, pictures and accessories. From the front door you can see all the way through the house to the water.
The beach feeling continues in the south-facing patio, where dining area, pillows and even the candles are held in similar cheerful colors. The 'outdoor room' invites you to casual dining or desire to entertain with family and friends. On the paved area down by the dock, colorful chairs invite guests to stop for a while and relax. The home features four flat screen TVs, a radio with surround sound system, phone and Wi-Fi.
As the name suggests, Villa Boaters Dream offers a perfect starting point for boating enthusiasts. It takes only about 5 minutes and you’re on the Caloosahatchee River without having to deal with bridges or boat locks, ready to head out to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island.
Cape Coral Yacht Club and Community Park is located directly on the Caloosahatchee River and offers a landscaped public beach with playground for the kid, BBQ grills, picnic tables, bathrooms ,a fishing pier and a public boat ramp.
There are also a community center, racquet ball and tennis courts, an Olympic sized pool and a kiddy pool with underwater bubblers

What a wonderful month – except it went by too fast! This home is so beautiful done and yet so comfortable. Great for entertaining Family and friends. Can enjoy beach area within a short walk or relaxing on patio by canal and watch for the dolphins to go by. Furnished with everything you need right down to beach towels. All the little extras made it a special place to enjoy Southwest Florida. Highly recommended !!! And – Brigitte was wonderful to work with. Recommended: - Nervous Nellies at Ft. Myers Beach – BEST Lobster Rolls ever ! - Have to got to the Love Boat for ice cream – all homemade on Mac Gregor heading to beach on the left. Thanks Tom & Cathy
The pool is the perfect size for fun and activities.
"Christmas in paradise" Waking up to coffee by the pool, relaxing while the kids swim. The pool is the perfect size for fun and activities. The patio and lanai are well maintained and equipped with furniture for either relaxing by the pool or enjoying a delicious meal. The bedrooms are very roomy with large closets, very comfortable beds and each room is equipped with a flatscreen T.V. The huge patio doors to the pool and deck area made us feel like we where outside even when we were indoors. Two car garage and well landscaped yard made it feel like home away from home.The kitchen is fully equiped with modern appliances, cookware, and dishes - nothing has been forgotten in this tasefully decorated home !

This was the first house that we stayed at maintained at Royal Invest, Inc. and it was absolutely wonderful. Would stay here again. Hopefully very soon!!! Great location!

The views from this wonderful villa are amazing, there is always something to watch from Dolphins to Pelicans and jumping fish. When you do go inside the villa is luxurious and you cant help but have a fabulous holiday.
