Description
Our home is a warm and comfortable get-a-way minutes from Sunday River. You can see Whiteheat, Sunday River's longest, steepest trail, from the driveway. It boasts 4 TV's (3 flat-screen) , a Roku with Netflix, and WiFi. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook a scrumptious dinner after a day of skiing. Both a Keurig and regular coffee machine to accommodate your taste.
It is nestled on a wooded one acre lot abundant with blueberry bushes. Located just off Sunday River Rd., it is between The South Ridge Main Lodge and The Jordan Grand. It is just a mile and a half from both. Newry's Historic Artist's Bridge is a short walk.
It has a 2 car garage with a door to the kitchen that makes loading and unloading easy. It has been freshly painted and decorated in a mountain theme.
The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with 75 cable channels. It has a brand new king size bed and a trundle bed with 2 twins. There is a bunk bed in the second bedroom with brand new mattresses. On the first floor is a queen size bed and a flat screen tv with over 75 cable channels.
The family room has a wood-burning fireplace with plenty of wood stored in the garage. It has an oversized leather recliner, a queen sleeper-sofa, comfy rocker, and a leather chair with ottoman. There is a flat-screen TV with over 200 HD connected to a stereo for full surround sound.
We have a large dining table with 6 chairs as well as a counter that seats 2.
The basement has recently been finished. It has a large TV with 75 channels, 2 comfy couches, a bumper pool table, and a foos ball table.
There is a washer and dryer.

Great July 4th weekend!
Great stay. Close to major attractions- 8 mins to Sunday river and french hole and 20 mins to Steps falls (which is a must in hot days). The house is good for a family with kids or even 2 small families. We enjoyed the pool table and board games in the living room. Do not forget your bug spray!

We had a wonderful time in the rental property. It was in a beautiful spot, it was incredibly well equipped, with a great kitchen to cook in and lots of games and books, comfortable seating, a great wood burning fireplace, and a pillow-topped king size bed that we wanted to take home with us. Great house minutes from the base of Sunday River

Ski Weekend
