Description
Located just 4 houses from the beach, this 100 year old home is loaded with charm and was the queen of the shore in its hey day. Located conveniently on 11th Ave in family friendly Belmar, the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of this unit (comprised of the second and third floors) welcome you and your family, friends or reunion to ocean living. No need for planning a full day at the beach, come and go as you please with the 4 beach badges provided. Don't worry about salt or sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web. Please be aware that we rent to families or groups age 25 or older only.
You will never want to leave the second floor front porch. But if you need more than the natural ocean breeze, window A/C units can keep the inside cool. And there is a washer and dryer in the basement for your convenience. Hot water and heat makes this a cozy winter getaway, the ocean is beautiful year round!. Kid friendly. Please no pets or smoking. Sheets and towels are included, but if you want to bring your own we will refund $150. Everything else should be there.
Be advised the first floor is a separate unit that is rented year round to a family.

Rental Notes
There is a refundable security deposit of $500, this can be lowered to $250 off season. If you would like to bring your own sheets and towels I can remove the $150 fee for sheets and towels.

Perfect family getaway
This property is a couple of houses from the beach, so it’s truly gives you the feeling of it being a beach house. It has a great view from deck. It is really nice that it has 2 floors with bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors allowing for better privacy. The furniture is dated, but comfortable and place is clean. Kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils and any gadget you may need. Beds were comfortable. We stayed during the week, were allow 1 parking spot on property, but parking on the street was not a problem. Owner maintained good contact, to address any concerns.

Best Beach Getaway
This was our first stay at Tina & Mike's home. Everything about the vacation home was great. My wife and I invited our daughter, husband and grandson to spend the week with us. The home was everything we were looking for. Plenty of space, clean, and it had all the conveniences of home. I was up early every morning and had my coffee on the porch, looking out at the ocean. All the reviews I read prior to booking the home were true. We had a great vacation and part of that was staying at Tin' and Mike's home. We are looking forward to staying again next summer.

Family Wedding Weekend
What a great house to rent for the weekend and the weather could not have been better for our cousin to get married. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this house, it is clean, close to everything and so close to the ocean!!!!!!
