The upstairs master suite has a King bed & a full size pull out sleeper sofa.
The downstairs master suite has a King bed
The two other bedrooms both have Queen beds.
There is a full size pull out sleeper sofa in the front living room & twin daybed.
**Rental rate includes use of fishing poles, bikes, double kayak, and paddle board.
Yes there are fish in our waters! Manatees and Dolphins too!
*There is also a private jet-ski and boat rental in the west lagoon area. (Not associated with Gilligan's Island House)
Gilligan's Island House has a large private pool for guest use.

Our community features a playground, tennis courts, golfing, and walking / bike trails.
Relax in the hammock that sways between palms, overlooking the lagoon.
For those traveling with an infant we provide a pack n play and baby monitor.
Games, movies, books, guitar, & Bluetooth speakers are provided for guest use.
At Gilligan's Island House, we are always adding to our collection of things to entertain adults and children.
Our neighborhood park adjoins the Courtney Campbell Trail.
The Courtney Campbell Trail is a 8' to 12'-wide paved path, including a 45'-high bridge that allows pedestrian & bicycle access along the entire southern side of the Courtney Campbell Causeway Scenic Highway.
Drive, walk, bike, or boat to the local waterfront restaurants, on the Causeway, and in the West lagoon area. (Chart House, Aqua, Bahama Breeze, Whiskey Joe's, and Hogan's Beach).

Ken and Cheri are awesome hosts. The house is incredibly well prepared. Cheri said, "all you need is your swimsuit, because you can't swim naked." She was true to her word. Linens, towels, soaps, and almost anything else you could need to make this a comfortable home for your stay. We will be back.
Perfect getaway
I can't say enough good things about this experience. No suprises, eveything is exactly as described. You literally only need some clothes. They have thought of everything. The house, the bay, the neighborhood is fantastic. Close to eveything you need or want. We will certainly be coming back. Cheri was very gracious and patient with my million questions. You will not be sorry when you choose to stay here.

Long weekend
This was my second time staying at Gilligan’s Island and enjoyed it even more. We didn’t leave the property for a few days because the pool and weather were fantastic. Very clean and beautiful view. Very good communication with the owner.

Super relaxing summer beach week
This house was absolutely wonderful for our summer family vacation. Waterfront location was idea for fishing and boating, or enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee out on the pool deck. The layout was great for everyone to enjoy each other’s company but large enough to not feel overcrowded. Lots of fun things to do close by, and awesome discount and thrift shopping in this area. We really really enjoyed our stay, and the owners were exceptionally welcoming and gracious . 5 stars all the way around

Great location and views
Our family of 10 stayed at Gilligan's Island House. We were visiting from England to see our son & daughter in law who live in Tampa. The house is in a great location for visits to the beach and places to eat. The views are amazing and we all enjoyed the pool, kayaking and paddle boarding around the bay. Keep a look out for the dolphins as they swim quite close. Cheri & Ken were friendly and responded to any questions promptly. Thank you!!
