The master suite has a King bed.
The other 3 bedrooms have Queen beds.
There is a twin trundle daybed, that sleeps 2, in the front living room.

SGIH has a large private pool, covered patio, deck, and dock.
We provide fishing poles, a double kayak, and paddle board for guest use.
Catch snook, redfish, mullet and more from the dock. We often have Manatee and Dolphin sightings as well.
*There is also a private jet-ski and boat rental in the west lagoon area. (Not associated with Gilligan's Island House)
Our community features a playground, tennis courts, golfing, and walking / bike trails.
Relax in the hammock that sways between palms, overlooking the lagoon.
For those traveling with an infant we provide a pack n play and baby monitor.
Games, movies, books, guitar, & Bluetooth speakers are provided for guest use.
Our neighborhood park adjoins the Courtney Campbell Trail.
The Courtney Campbell Trail is a 8' to 12'-wide paved path, including a 45'-high bridge that allows pedestrian & bicycle access along the entire southern side of the Courtney Campbell Causeway Scenic Highway.
Drive, walk, bike, or boat to the local waterfront restaurants, on the Causeway, and in the West lagoon area. (Chart House, Aqua, Bahama Breeze, Whiskey Joe's, and Hogan's Beach).

Very comfortable, great area.
It felt like home. Fun for all of us, even the little ones. Great to get back to the house to enjoy the pool or go for a bike ride. Easy area to get around. Really liked the keyless enterey.

Great family vacation
We had two families of 4 (for a total of 8) staying here for a week. This is a great location and has beautiful scenery all around. We enjoyed the canoe, paddle board, bikes and pool/accessories every day. Definitely recommend this house to others!

We had a most delightful time in your beautiful home! We loved the pool, dock, and canoe, as well as the opportunity to rent a deckboat from just around the bend. The covered porch is ideal, both during the rain and the hot parts of the day. The floor plan is perfect and it is so nice of you to include so many kitchen items, supplies, and towels. Thanks for being such fantastic hosts! We�ll be back!!

Perfectly located
The home was clean and had everything included. We rode bikes, hopped on the bike path every evening and morning, swam in the pool, used the beach chairs & coolers. It was the perfect little getaway house and location was amazing!!!

5 stars would be an understatement!!! I cannot say one bad thing not one! This property was absolutely amazing! The description of the property was exactly 100% as described on site. No surprises!!! The view was amazing, the dock was awesome and the pool another added bonus! The house was large enough to accommodate 5 adults 2 children and a dog with plenty of room left over. Definitely will be back!!! We all felt extremely comfortable like we were literally at home! All 7 of us did not want to leave! Tampa is a lovely area and the house was the perfect place to stay! Cherri the owner is amazing and it was a pleasure meeting you! You made us all feel welcome and thank you for having us to share your home!!! We are so grateful!!!
Father’s Day getaway
Absolutely amazing!! This was our second year staying here and truly an enjoyable experience!! Clean, relaxing, beautiful view, and family fun is what this place has to offer. The owners are fantastic and very easy to communicate with. This place never disappoints and we can’t wait for next year!!

Pool and Outdoor Activities Star of the Stay
Our family enjoyed the property. Owner was easy to communicate with; the air conditioner went down a couple of times during our stay but she was quick to respond. The pool and water offered fun in the sun; our family enjoyed finishing and canoeing. The beds and bedroom furniture are in need of replacement (the beds squeaked so loud it woke up the house) and the dresser drawers couldn’t be opened in some rooms. The bed linens were very thin and my pillow cases has stains on them; some of the kitchen glassware was very used. These are minor details and it worked out since I brought my own sheets and plastic cups; but something to be aware of. Overall, it’s a good property and great location..if you want to enjoy the outdoors and relax, this is the property to do so.
