F & F represents "Friends & Family" and we work hard in these times to make a retreat to go to which we all need that. Somethings like privacy you won't find anywhere else. And We are open and ahead of the curve for COVID-19. No problem with distancing or the fact for many years have been using Cleaning Product Mixtures to kill germs and viruses. We now run an Ultraviolet HEPA Air Filter for 24 hours after each visiting guest. Hope all will go back to normal in this New Year for everyone.

Settings that give you a wonderful sense of Joy and Privacy. We are the best kept secret in town being near enough to walk to the Beach and close enough to all of what Florida has to offer. Voted #1 beach again in the US many times and will always be at the top of the list. We want you to know we will treat you like family. You will save money on this unit since you do not have to Eat Out.

Efficiency tastefully furnished with KING size bed; ...cozy with memory foam topper. There is a Safe for valuables should you have the need. Super quiet Remote-Control AC & Heating unit. (2) New 32-inch LED HD Smart Roku TV with Streaming svc 500/500 internet speed. Free Wi-Fi.

You have your own private Mineral Based Sanitation Spa/Hot tub that is all part of your three private outdoor spaces and an outdoor shower too, see photos. Retractable Screen doors front and back.

This is our home not a hotel/ motel and the guest cottage would be on the same lot. Flexible rental timetable to allow our family and friends to use our guest cottage. It is very peaceful, NO high traffic noise. I do go offline between 7- 8 PM which can explain a delay in nighttime requests. Texting is encouraged to aid in contacting us if you have any questions. We are NO LONGER accepting Pets due to high costs of damage and to think we did not charge for Pets.

There is a final cleaning fee of $70.00 . A $200.00 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT PAID AT THE TIME OF CHECKING IN WITH EITHER CASH OR TRAVELERS' CHECKS. MUST SET TIME ASIDE FOR CHECKING OUT. We do not accept credit cards so we can keep costs as low as we do.

This rental is an oasis. conveniently located to beaches. I personally loved Turtle beach, not crowed and easy to park. Cynthia is the consummate hostess. She’ll provide you with great suggestions and the accommodations are beautiful, The pictures of the interior do not do it justice, every inch is well thought out and meticulous. What attention to detail! The hot tub water is like silk, gazebo with TV and beautiful lighting. Landscaping and outdoor decking is a site to behold. Serenity Getaway

We stayed for 6 nights and had everything we needed! It was so convenient to everything. We enjoyed having our morning coffee and tea out under the screened in gazebo. When we got back from the beach we could rinse off in the outside shower. Bed was comfortable and had all that we needed! The owner has thought of pretty much everything. One of my favorite things was the shower. It was awesome and relaxing! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

Perfect studio retreat with everything you need

Cynthia puts many personal special touches in her rental. We had no suggestions for improvements as we had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, sitting area to side which is screened in, has a tv and ceiling fan. Full small kitchen which we used a bit but you have everything you need to cook a full meal. The shower is the best, amazing different sprayer heads with a handle sprayer and main rainfall shower head. Enclosed back area with washer and dryer, outdoor shower, hot tub, table with umbrella and 2 chairs. It’s amazing what she plus her husband has done with this space. You can walk out to the main road and walk over bridge to Siesta Key which there is a nearby beach access. Plenty of towels, beach supplies. Bring your own coffee, laundry soap, dryer sheets and toiletries. All else was supplied.

Delightful

Great little cottage with everything you could need. Love the outside areas so much. being able to sit outside in the early morning and listen to the birds singing and great nights enjoying the hot tub. Hosts were both super, thought of everything and so very helpful in steering us to the best stores and restaurants. Cynthia treated us like family and sincerely cared about us and made our home away from him wonderful in every way especially caring for us when we weren’t feeling well. Cynthia and Bruce are both more than friends they are family.

Sweet retreat

Everything about this stay was stellar. Cynthia made our late arrival seamless, and we found this the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. We decided to walk rather than drive, which meant the short walks to bus stops or grocery stores or the beaches were the perfect length.I would highly recommend the hospitality here.

A real gem

The property is conveniently located off Stickney Point Rd near the bridge to Siesta Key. It is a truly lovely space, essentially a complete studio apartment which lacks for nothing. It is a separate building so completely private. The space is well-equipped and very comfortable (the bed was extremely comfortable and the A/C worked very efficiently — important in Florida!). The shower was extraordinarily delightful. The rental also includes private outdoor space including a hot tub, but unfortunately due to bad weather I did not take advantage of that. Also a washer and dryer is available, but I did not need them. The owner, Cynthia, is very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I can recommend this rental without hesitancy.

Cynthia has put much thought and care into her property. Everything you need is ready and waiting for you. The location is ideal, an easy walk to beautiful Siesta Key beach.
