Beautiful home, great location!

Wow, what a find! This home was perfect for our family's needs. We were looking for a last minute deal and were lucky to find this home that just came on the market. Greg and Susan were great to deal with every step through the rental process, and even offered free amenity cards!. Their home is beautifully decorated with gorgeous furnishings and everything you could need. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking for our large group and we loved that we could all sit around that big beautiful table! And as a mom, I also loved how the bedrooms were laid out so we had the option of having private space for two families. We've been to Fripp before, so location was important to us, and this house is perfectly located mid-island, on the creek, about 1 minute to the best part of the beach and beach club. The kids really enjoyed the private dock! We fished and crabbed right out the back of the house at sunset!! Once the kids were in bed, we grown-ups enjoyed the big, cozy screened porch! Those furnishings are gorgeous too!! We will definitely be renting this gem again! Thank you Greg and Susan!!

Great Location!!

Great location is an understatement! This house is perfectly located! We were close to everything! Right at the beach without being on the beach, right near the Beach Club without all the noise of the Beach Club, close to the pools for the kids to bike, and on the creek is an add bonus! The kids fished and crabbed off of our own private dock and we grown-ups enjoyed the dock with a cocktail at sunset! The home is a stunner! Beautifully furnished and you can tell these people really thought of every detail. The kitchen is gorgeous, great big table for 12 and bar space for 5! It really is quite a beautiful home and is decorated to a tee!! The furnishings are all new and seriously good quality (super comfy beds!) - none of the so-so beach furnishings we have seen in some other rentals!! The owners are wonderful to deal with. You can tell they love the home, and have put their hearts into it. Thank you Greg and Susan, we will rent again!

Awesome house, great dock!

Really great house right in the middle of the island with a cool vibe and a great dock. Right at the beach and on the creek so you get both. They said they just renovated and it shows, everything is brand new and the place sparkles. There are some misses in the house but you can Greg and Susan are trying hard, they said they just bought the house so we were able to get a last minute deal. Great communicators, we used them before at the Beach Club Villas and they let us swap over to this property and added another family. Great for multiple families, try it

Perfect

We loved our stay on the creek at Fripp! It couldn�t have been a more perfect setting for our family. Everyone who joined us enjoyed the home and we had plenty of room. The house is well appointed and comfortable. We will definitely rent it again!!

Stunning property with a fabulous layout and location overlooking the marsh, and prime location to beach access! We were first time Frippers, and we absolutely loved our vacation here... no one wanted to leave! The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. Their attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness was very much appreciated. This house is very well-equipped to handle all your family/friends, with areas to come together and still feel roomy and comfortable, and spaces to have privacy if desired. I cannot express how fantastic the layout of the home is. If you love to cook, this kitchen is phenomenal and perfect for hosting family meals and game nights. They literally thought of everything. This property is truly a treasure, and all of our friends and family are already planning our trip back next year. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us! We will cherish these memories for years to come.

Fall Fripp Trip

From start to finish, this was the perfect trip. The house and location were just as perfect as the pictures. Plenty of places to gather as a group, or to have quiet time with a book. Being on the creek doubled the fun! Kayaking, crabbing, and bird watching at their finest. Two golf carts made the short trip to the beach a breeze, and gave those who can't sit still a way to tour the island up close and personal. Greg let us know what was going on island-wise. He also sent several emails and made several calls to let us know what amenities the house had. Everything we needed was there. Dorian didn't damage the house, but in the clean-up, there were several unexpected outdoor improvements made that we really enjoyed. Everyone in the group is ready to do this again!
