Fripp is the best

This is our 2nd visit to Fripp and 5th to the area. We absolutely love this island...the beach, pools, great seafood and interactions with so much nature fits our style perfectly. The villa was very nice. The owner, Greg, communicated very well and was ready to help with anything we needed. The villa was very clean and stocked with the essentials to start. The location was very central to anything on the island. The dock was a very nice spot to fish (we did not try any crabbing) and being on the canal was helpful in gauging the tides. Compared to other places we've stayed, you cannot beat the price. Considering they provided 2 amenity cards (which you need for everything ) and a golf cart, the price is more than reasonable. Having a golf cart is must for Fripp or Harbor Island (another place we've stayed) and his was wonderful. Since it was a gas cart there was never a worry about it running out of charge or not having the power to carry our family. When you look at the cost of renting an electric cart, this owner is more than generous. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Awesome

The villa was perfect. Very relaxing and chill! We had deer that visit us while on screened porch and a dolphin went by in the tidal creek one evening! We enjoyed cruising on the golf cart and exploring the island. Highly recommend this place!

Beach Club Villa

Great trip. Terrific location. The golf cart was in tip top shape and scooted us all around the island. Comfortable beds and great night's sleep. We had plenty of room to sit in the living room and chat and watch tv. The adult pool/Fripp Ship Store/Snack bar are right across the street. All in all a great week

The accommodations were as advertised. We had an issue with the HVAC and the owners corrected it immediately. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for our family of 5

We enjoyed our stay at Beach club Villas. This property was on the first floor, and had just a small flight of stairs to access it. You can hear footsteps from the condo above you, but I never heard voices or TVs. There are crabs all over the outside hallways and outside behind the condo, but we didn’t see any crabs or critters inside our condo! My boys loved fishing off the canal deck behind our property but the mosquitoes are brutal. Bring bug spray! I recommend bringing some extra containers to store your clothes in the bedrooms for the week, as there are no dressers or drawers in there. The kitchen was tiny with very limited/no food storage. It was well stocked with dishes and pans and had everything we needed for the week. There were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths as well as extra bedding and blankets. If you have a little one, bring a step stool so they can reach the bathroom sink. The WiFi worked well in the living room area but didn’t reach the bedrooms. We were very appreciative of the nice golf cart the owner allowed us to use. It was easy to drive and allowed us easy commute to the pool and beach. Another bonus was the amenity cards. They are a MUST have for our family at Fripp. Not having to pay extra for the cart or cards makes this condo an even better value. The owner had excellent communication before our arrival with everything we needed to know and more. We had an issue with the entire condo complex having a power outage while we were there due to rain/flooding and Greg answered our phone call immediately. He even offered for us to stay at another property of his for the night that still had electric. In summary, this property was an ideal, quiet location with easy and quick access to anywhere on the island. It had everything we needed and was clean. I would rent this property from these owners again.

Fantastic rental on an amazon island

We absolutely loved Fripp Island and the condo was great! Saw tons of wildlife all over the island and even from the back porch. The condo was perfectly sized for my family of 5. Had a few issues that arose and Greg was great in communicating once I had to reach out to him. We loved exploring the island on the golf cart, it was a lot of fun! The condo is centrally located on the island with easy access to everything! Would definitely recommend this rental!!

Perfect Location, Helpful Hosts, Great Trip!

The Villa is located across the Beach Club and the location couldn't be better. You can walk to pools, restaurants, the gift shop and the tennis courts. Greg included a golf cart and happily obliged when we asked for more amenity cards. Fripp is a wonderful place to visit, especially over the 4th of July. The Villa is great for 4 adults but may be tight for more than that. Beach Club villas in general are a bit older than some other properties - but this condo has been recently updated and includes everything you'd need.

Great stay at 161 villa

Had a great week on Fripp Island, the villa is very nice has everything you need. My son really enjoyed having the crabbing dock right out back. The golf cart was great to go exploring around the island. Loved how some of the deer would let you pet them. Would definitely stay here again.
