Description
Tranquil setting just outside the city limits of Hutchinson, KS. Built on the west edge of a five acre pond. Great for fishing, swimming, or just laying back and relaxing. Located less than one mile from the Hutchinson Zoo, Hutchinson dirt bike/ATV track, Carey Park, and Carey Park Golf Coarse. Within two miles of the Hutchinson Downtown Shopping, The Mall and Mall 8 Theaters, Underground Salt Museum, Hutchinson Sports Complex, Cosmophere Space Center, Kansas State Fair Grounds, and many fine Dining Establishments. We could probably fill two or three pages of different things you can do while you are staying at the Pond-a-Rosa Inn, but you will have to come and stay to see what we are talking about.
Hunting: The pond is just out the front door about 20 yards AND it is in the county and ducks and geese flock to it on a regular basis. Can't shoot in the city, but OK in the county. Don't miss out on this opportunity before it is GONE. We do allow pets and hunting dogs; JUST NOT IN THE HOUSE.
There are only 6 houses within a one half mile radius of the lodge and three of them belong to us. this means plenty of room to stroll around and relax. Play tennis on the tennis court or shoot some hoops on either of the two basketball goals. Go fishing, swimming, paddle boating, or just relaxing on the more than 100 yards of sandy beach area along the edge of the pond. We do offer paddle boat rentals, and horse back riding, or you might want to try out our zip line rides.

Amazing fun-filled / relaxing week
We had a great week at the property. Our families got together for a high school graduation ceremony. Most of us stayed in the spacious big house and then used an RV hook up for my folks camper. It was wonderful to have everyone together and not separated and going stir crazy at a hotel. TV's in every room, lots of comfy couches, 3 bathrooms! The rope swing and basketball court were the biggest hits! The kids went horseback riding and paddle boating and loved it! Well worth the money!

2nd summer here and it keeps getting better!
Great as always! First day it rained, so we stayed inside, watched movies and put a puzzle together. The kids loved the rope swing and caught two bass. The three year old had a good time playing in the play house with grandma. But the goats stole the show! Hilarious! We plan to cone back again next year for more memories...

Great place for an extended stay!
Perfect place to stay with kids! Swimming, water slide, zip line, paddle boats, and horse back riding all in one place. Great location also. Very close to restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing! Owners are on site so if you need anything, they are right there to help you out. The house was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. It was our home away from home!

Roomy home! Perfect getaway spot.
The property was clean, well maintained and everything worked perfectly. The kids had a blast swimming, paddle boating, fishing, riding horses and playing on the water slide and swing. The owners live close and are willing to help with anything needed. We hope to come back next year!

Best Birthday Party Ever!
We stayed at the Pond A Rosa to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday. There were 9 kids and 6 adults and it never felt crowded. The kids absolutely loved the swimming, zip lining, hot tub,horseback riding, the water slide, and the paddle boats. We grilled, ate outside and truly enjoyed the outdoors. Randy and LeAnna were awesome hosts, very accommodating and extremely patient with the girls while teaching them to ride the horses and help them with the zip line. The girls delighted in their dog Diogi who can perform many tricks! I would highly recommend this place if you are wanting to play, relax and enjoy fun family time together. We will definitely go back again!

Family Fun!
We came to Pond A Rosa to spend our family vacation! We swam, zip lined, swung on ropes, paddle boated, grilled, water slid, and went horse back riding. It was all wonderful. The hosts were very gracious and available to us as needed. We have 6 children and had plenty of room. This will be a return place for us!
