The large table expands to 11 chairs with more at the bar and plenty or cookware and counter top space. Don't forget the sunset and great views.

After a gorgeous sunset, you can enjoy the local nightlife with a wide array of entertainment or have a quiet evening around the fireplace/wood stove enjoying each others company or watching your favorite dish network channel.

This area is an artist's and photographer's dream. The children especially love the Flintstones Town, the arcade, bowling, Indian dancing and cowboy singing, all approximately five minutes away, and the Deer Farm with so many tame and friendly wild animals, just 30 minutes away.

You'll feel the quaintness and quiet of rustic remoteness, yet be just two minutes off Highway 64, and about 15 minutes from Grand Canyon National Park.

This mountain-view home is conveniently close to all the places you'll want to visit. And convenience stores, gas, and food, restaurants and gift shop facilities are only about 5-10 minutes depending which way you go.

Best yet!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and Air BnBs, and this may be the best one yet. It has absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We had 6 people, and we were very comfortable for three days. The house is in a quiet location close to the Grand Canyon. At night you can see the stars as you sit outside at the fire pit. In the morning we got up early to go birding right in the yard. The house is nothing special on the outside, but don't let that fool you. On the inside it is as cute as you might want. Another reviewer said the decor is dated, and that may be true, but dated to the early 2000s, not the 1950s. I loved all the local decor in the house which really made you feel the local flavor. I defiantly will be back if I'm ever again in this area.

Amazing home

Extremely spacious and well equipped property. Loads of sleeping space. Beautiful location. Isolated and quiet, but just 30 mins to the Grand Canyon village. This place is a hidden gem for visiting the Grand Canyon!

Great place for family or larger group

We had 6 adults and 2 older teenagers there for 3 nights. We had plenty of room to spread out. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The only thing we missed were wine glasses. It is 25 minutes away from the Grand Canyon entrance and an easy drive. Just get there early to avoid lines and get parking. Free shuttles to take you around once you arrive in the park. 41 minutes from Williams where we did our grocery shopping and ate a few times. Stop on your way through if you can. A little over an hour from Sedona which was a gorgeous drive. Plan for a long wait to get into town once you get close. The house is in a great central location. Something to know is the house is down a gravel road. Not a issue at all, just surprised me as I didn’t know if I was going the right way. I would recommend this house to others and would return if ever in the area again.

Very nice property

We loved this property!! Very nice house. Great location!! Close to Grand Canyon. Plenty of room and privacy. The only thing I didn’t like was that in this house you pay per person staying there and We had a change of plans after paying for property. 4 people in our group were unable to go and We not able to get any money refunded for them not being able to go. Other than that the stay was great!!

Great location

We had a great stay. The location to the Grand Canyon was fabulous. We utterly enjoyed to quiet location. We all settled in nicely and it felt like home. Can’t wait to come back again

Great house for staying close to the grand canyon

The property was just as described. It was a great place for 10 of us to gather in peace and quiet while being just 30 minutes from the south rim.
