A spacious mountain home created for comfortable, fun, functional gatherings and lasting memories.

Every room was designed for lovely scenic beauty. Lets start with the Kitchen.

Kitchen with oversized refrigerator, double ovens, double grill top, double dishwasher, 2 dining areas w bar. Opens up to large deck with more space, seating and large outdoor fireplace. We think we have everything you could possibly need for the kitchen and supplies,

This room is right off the main floor living room, master bedroom, and 1/2 bath

Upstairs from this area is the other 3 bedrooms tucked quietly away with 2 full bathrooms, (one is a second master room with private balcony area/seating.

The other bedrooms have 2 queens w tv each, There s a reading nook with lounger for a real tucked away quiet space. Desk area built into area. There s a great kids play room in this area. includes 3 single beds. Theres a spacious loft area that can overlook the fun while rocking a little one to sleep or just extra hangout.

Then lets go to lower level.

2 game rooms, one with large seating and bar, with fridge. Pool table, shuffleboard, fitness equipment. exits onto lower deck with large seating between the 2 game rooms is a large gathering living room with extra large tv. lots of dvds, games, library, bathroom, another dining table ( great for game gathering).

Each room has its own tv., There is wifi, plenty of bedding, towels and supplies. Laundry room.

Outside we have basketball area. Horseshoe pit, 2.5 acres of Pine filled forest beauty that you will share with our friendly birds, deer, bunnies and various other furry friends that are welcomed there. A great setting with space inside and out

Clean, Lots of fun, Lots of Room

Clean, Lots of Fun, Lots of room Our family stayed here during the Christmas holidays. Fully decorated for the holidays, very comfortable and wonderful atmosphere. We had a great memory, Close to the ski slopes and snowplay is great right there at the house, which is what we did. Home was well supplied, very nicely furnished and tons of room. We found the large kitchen appliances, (2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, commercial fridge 2x size) all very convenient for our group. We have found our favorite getaway in Flagstaff after many previous stays elsewhere. Highly recommended.

We vacation often to visiting family, This house is top notch We loved that it was so close to the ski resort. Yet, we were tucked up on2+ acres in the pines. Very gorgeous. Every room has a neat view, large spacious kitchen for a large group. So many games and activity areas for all ages. We loved it. Thankyou!!

Very entertaining Home

Large family gathering, children and elders, great setting for this varied group. Every room has it's own tv. I think 7 in all. Lots of comfortable gathering spaces, play spaces, great kitchen with extra large on everything. Well supplied. Hands down voted as our best re-gathering place of the future.
