The main area holds an all new kitchen, large living area with fireplace, and a dining area with a sliding door that opens to a huge private wooden patio. Short stairs go up to the upper level, the main bedrooms and full bathroom. From the main level you also have stairs down to the second level, there is a family room with a TV, kids play area, one bedroom, and a full bath/laundry. One more set of short stairs from the second level, down into the first level contains an additional living area and an extra large bedroom.
Great North East location in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy access to highway K96. Large private patio, 2 car garage. Super clean house with all new bedding sets. Master bedroom has a King size bed/walk-in closet, bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed/walk-in closet, in addition to two other rooms with full size beds. Complimentary coffee. Many extra lining/towels/blankets.
Within walking distance to Great plains nature center, YMCA, and restaurants.
Town east mall, Wichita state university, Bradley fair, olive tree mediterranean restaurant are all within two miles radius.
House access code will be sent to you within 2-3 days before arrival.
No cleaning or any other hidden fees, your deposit money will be refunded to your card within exactly seven days from your check out date.

Home away from Home
We enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable and relax. My boys loved the pool table and the swing set in the backyard. The house is close to everything. We enjoyed walking at the near by trails at Chisholm Park Nature trails. We will definitely see if this house is available next time we visit Wichita.

Theatre Weekend
We had a wonderful stay at this Wichita property. There were five of us and the house had great space for all of us to spread out. Two comfortable seating areas allowed us to gather and visit. The kitchen was nice and had all necessities for morning coffee, meal prep and fridge storage. The property manager was more than accommodating and responsive when we needed assistance. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I’d recommend this property for a weekend stay or longer, it was great for us to relax and enjoy our theatre weekend.
