WHY STAY IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD? Safety, No Crime! Arabi is in St. Bernard Parish (County). Arabi has a superior law enforcement that does not tolerate crime. When you stay in Arabi, you can go enjoy all of the fun things that New Orleans has to offer, but you return to sleep in Arabi without any worries of someone breaking into your house or car. Also, you can safely walk the streets at night in this neighborhood. Don't take a chance. Have a crime free vacation by staying at this house!
Lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located a couple blocks from New Orleans line in historic old Arabi. The home is on a large corner lot which offers plenty of free parking. Besides being 4 miles from the French Quarter, it's also just as close to a boat launch which offers the best fishing in the country. So stay a few extra days and bring your boat or hire a fishing guide. This is the safest area in the city! Unlike New Orleans, we have plenty of police in Arabi and they do not tolerate any riff-raft coming here to commit crimes. Arabi is in St.Bernard Parish(county). My wife and I love New Orleans. We have our favorite restaurants and places to go in New Orleans, but we love coming to our house in St. Bernard Parish to safely sleep at night with peace of mind.
Also note that for being 3 miles, (10 minutes drive) from the French Quarter, the rates are 1/3 of what the same size house would be near the Quarter.

Great house and location to everything
When we first pulled up, the outside of the house had me hesitant. Once we went in, my mind was at ease. Beautiful home. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. It was a great vacation. We'll absolutely use this home again.

Fantastic Stay in NOLA!
Went to New Orleans for a girls trip with 8 others and couldn't have had a better time! Location is outside of the french quarter but is a fairly quick drive! Ubers and Lyfts averaged around $11, depending on where in the quarter. The home is old but charming and very spacious, with 3 bathrooms (for 9 girls... much needed) and was very easy to access with a keypad on the door. Larry was extremely helpful and was very responsive! The community surrounding the home was so kind and welcoming too!

Loved our time at this home
Large house where we could spread out. Truly 4 bedroom 3 bath. Solid build which helped in not having everyone bothered if they wanted to go to bed earlier than others. Loved the screened in porch and utilized it a lot. Basics to start with trash bags, paper towels, plates, cups, (only 3 coffee mugs if you need those), and laundry supplies. Larry was good to work with throughout our stay. Thank you!
