This is a 2 bedroom townhouse, with a TV, full kitchen, washer / dryer and WiFi. Both bedrooms have king beds. There is a full bath upstairs with a tub/shower and a 1/2 bath down stairs. The kitchen is complete with chairs and table, oven, stove, microwave, coffee pot, plates, glasses, flatware, cookware, and refrigerator. Outside is a covered patio set with chairs and table.
This is a very safe neighborhood. One block away is a shopping center with a supermarket, post office, and some restaurants.

OMG what an amazing place. What a way to impress new visiting residents. Very clean and cozy.
We arrived to the cleanest and cutest townhouse. Every amenities that you could ask for and some surprise's like coffee and seasonings along with washing detergent. We replaced them for the next visitors. We enjoyed the outdoor porch with an incredible BBQ, We left a little grill for the next guest to enjoy. The next door neighbor was so sweet and Mr. Landry was so accommodating, my female friend arrived before us and he instructed her if she needed anything to contact him or the neighbors. We walked to Winn Dixie, that's how close it is. We will be back for sure. Thank you Mr Landry for making our visit to the cresent city so magical. Sincerely Kirt Godfrey

Super nice neighborhood, quiet
We had a really nice stay here for my friend's birthday! Overall, it's quiet and tucked a little away from the heart of New Orleans in a quiet and safe neighborhood (just make sure to keep your cars locked at night). Really spacious and nice place and would definitely recommend!

Perfect location
Larry was such a pleasure to work with and answered our endless questions quickly. This townhouse is cozy and located in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect home to come back to after visiting down town. The beds are comfortable and everything is extremely clean. Everything you need to cook is in the kitchen and washer and dryer and quality. The only thing we looked for but couldn't find was menus or pamphlets for local restaurants. We did Google and found a gem a few minutes away. On Thanksgiving day we used Uber to get downtown. The ride into town was only $17. The ride back was $32 but it was a holiday and they were picking us up after the football game in horrible traffic. We will definately be staying here when we return!

Nice location/neighborhood
Easy communication, decent place to stay. Beds were incredibly comfy. Nice back patio for grilling or chillings and surrounded by everything you may needed. Supermarket in walking distance. Really had all the amenities needed. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you! (:

The Perfect Place
We were in town for an event taking place at the convention center in New Orleans. This place was approximately 15 mins from the convention center as well as all of the NOLA happenings. The neighborhood was very pretty! Many conveniences were within walking distance. Grocery store, restaurants, banks, it's all nearby. The home itself was truly a home away from home. Off the road parking with everything needed within the home. This place is perfect! We really enjoyed our stay!

rented from Larry Landry in New Orleans. had initial snafu due to previous guest overstaying their time. Mr. Landry took care of it immediately, got us into another unit he has, which was very nice as well... highly recommend his rentals!
Excellent rental
The home was warm inviting. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips; from extra towels to laundry soap, dinnerware and even ice in the freezer. Our trip was that much better coming home to a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and a patio to enjoy the New Orleans skyline. The location and place were perfect.
