When you stay in Arabi, you can go enjoy all of the fun things that New Orleans has to offer, but you return to sleep in Arabi without any worries of someone breaking into your house or car. Also, you can safely walk the streets at night in this neighborhood. Don't take a chance. Have a crime free vacation by staying at this house!
This is a beautifully restored home four miles from the French Quarter. Very safe neighborhood. Plenty of Parking. Also, very close to a boat launch which offers the best fishing in the country. Stay an extra day or two. Bring a boat or charter a fishing captain and go fishing.
The house has 4 king beds. There are 3 full baths and a half bath. We completed remodeling the house in July 2014. We have central air and heat and a washer/dryer in the house. The house has a nice porch table and chairs. The front porch is a nice place to sit in the afternoons with sun setting behind the house. From the porch, you can watch the cruse liners, paddle boats and cargo ships go up and down the Mississippi river. This is Southern relaxation at it's best. The French Quarter is 10-15 minutes away.
New Orleans is three blocks away. The French Quarter is four miles from this location.

Nice Comfortable Home in a quiet safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this house.
We had a great time at 322 Friscoville. The house was very comfortable and had everything needed. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The Arabi Food Store located just down the street is convenient and has excellent food. I highly recommend this home.

Great Space and Value
The house is way bigger than the pictures let you believe. There were four couples (8 people total) and everyone had ample space to move around. We spent afternoons all sitting at the table playing games before Ubering into the French quarter for a night out. Mr. Larry was always quick to respond and was super accommodating prior to check in. Overall, we are definitely wanting to rent the house again next March when we come back to NOLA. It’s become our new tradition.

quaint and beautiful
This property was all it was advertised to be and more. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We stayed with a group of girlfriends and had such a good time on our NOLA adventure. If returning, we all agreed this is the place we'd stay in again. Highly recommended!!!!

Beautiful and clean
We were very comfortable and safe (8 people ). I love my stay at the home. It was July 2010 clean and easy access to the French Quarters. The home made my vacation stay exquisite and pleasurable . We would love to stay in the home again. Thank you Mr.Landry for the use of your beautiful home.

Quiet comfort and located close in
This house is gorgeous. Just the right amount of furnishings for a large group (we were 7 total) but spacious and charming enough to give each guest a “nook” for kitchen chats, reading, tv watching or porch sittin’. The beds are large and comfy. The cooking/dine in area can also accommodate a large sit down feast. Transom windows and two porches for N’Awlins fine living! We used Uber to get to the French Quarter and our own vehicles for trips to less crowded sites. Easy and quick!

Just the perfect place!!
Loved the house, the location was perfect! Great neighborhood. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch in the sunshine. Then on the side porch in the afternoon for tea, or glass of wine. SImply wonderful and relaxing! Walked around the neighborhood one day, and down to the levee to the great Missississippi river. This is a fantastic neighborhood! Since we were here over Christmas we enjoyed the neighbors' decorations, music, and Christmas spirit!! Very quiet at night--the beds are super comfy and everyone had a king sized bed. Everyone slept so comfortably. We had everything we needed here. Lovely home. Would recommend this house to future New Orleans guests.
