Available directly from the owner, this 9 bedroom home that sleeps 20, can also accommodate smaller groups requiring less bedrooms. We will lock off bedrooms to suit the size of your group and adjust the rate accordingly. The locked off bedrooms are not rented to anyone else and you still have full access to this large property with its many amenities. This is ideal for those groups who may not be sure how many they will have. Reserve it today to lock down the dates, then add more rooms as more of your group confirms they can make it.
NOTE rate and number of bedrooms is calculated by the number of people in your group. For every 2 people, we open 1 bedroom so if you have 14 people we will open 7 bedrooms. If you require additional bedrooms add more people for the correct rate calculation.
The villa is decorated with unusual objects de art and furniture the owners have gathered during a lifetime of travel and life abroad. To showcase this eclectic collection, the bedrooms have each been done in a specific theme. You can spend a week in Africa, Persia, Buenos Aires, the Far East, Mediterranean, Caribbean, South America, Mexico or follow the Bombay trading route. Not neglecting your comfort, all bedrooms have high quality pillow top mattresses and linens, private security safes, CD/i-Pod/radios, alarm clocks and attached bathrooms with showers, hair dryers, plush towels and comfy bathrobes.
A fabulous kitchen, which should please even the most discerning chef. One indoor and three outdoor dining areas. One indoor and two outdoor bars, numerous terraces, an entertainment center with satellite TV offering the networks and more than 20 movie channels. A video DVD and book library, puzzles and games, wireless internet connection, XBOX video game system, two private pools with waterfalls, hammocks under a palapa, volleyball or soccer on the sand, snorkeling right in front of the villa, tranquil courtyard with fountain in back, telephone, gas and charcoal bar-b-ques, the list goes on...
Two housekeepers, a gardener and a handyman, ensure things are kept clean and working well. An English speaking property manager will assist you with your check in and is available should you have a problem. Massage and Mexican cooks or International chefs are available at the villa for an extra charge.
Walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, internet cafes, pharmacy, car rental, tour operators, church, swim with dolphins, golf, tennis, deep sea fishing charters, sailing and other attractions. 1) Renters are not allowed to have anyone on the property who is not a registered guest staying in the villa.
2) Only owner pre-qualified service providers are allowed on the property. (cooks, babysitters, massage therapist, etc)
3) The reservation will not be fully confirmed until the rental agreement is signed and returned.

Vacation rejuvenation
Fabulous place!! 4 nurses looking for a place to get away from it all. We found it here!! Incredible view warm breezes and absolutely gorgeous home. Make sure you have Marianna and Artura spoil u silly by cooking and catering to your mealtime needs! Highly recommend both the home and the chef! Fun for everyone!
We have rented a lot of vacation homes but this was the best experience we have had. It is not easy to find a place that meets the needs of senior citizens, older adults, younger adults, and infants but this property accomplishes all of that. The house itself has so many places to hang out and things to do. Between the pools, volleyball court, beaches, and so many places to relax, our 20 something kids always had something to do. The local area also delivered with shopping, snorkeling, scuba diving, dolphin watching, and so many places to explore. We only left the area for one day to visit the Tulum ruins. You will want to rent the golf carts through Bruno while you are there as it is a large area. We chose to use the service of the Mexican cooks for the week and that did not disappoint. What a wonderful way to experience the food of the culture and to interact with the people. The cooks and household staff became family to us. Best family vacation we have ever done! Thank you Doug, Shelly, Desiree, and staff!!

It's everything you could ask for and more!
This was my family and friends 3rd time staying at Brisa Caribe in Puerto Aventuras. The Owner/Management provides very detailed information about every aspect of your stay, from how to rent golf carts to how to dial for car service from different locations nearby. The home is immaculately maintained by happy staff who will help with anything you need from. Cooks for meals are available in the villa which I recommend, but be sure to plan on many meals out at the string of restaurants in walking distance. The ones we visited were all great! We had a big group so we occupied all 9 rooms, each with its own full bath. I highly recommend Brisa Caribe to anyone considering a trip to Puerto Aventuras!

Beautiful beach house
Doug and his assistant Desiree were helpful in both the booking and for any issues which came up during our stay. The villa was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The house staff were all friendly and attentive without being intrusive. There were 17 of us in 9 bedrooms. We were there for our biennial family reunion. We hired the personal chefs Mariana and Arturo for 6 dinners which were all incredible. They made 2 vegetarians happy as well. I highly recommend them. The only issue people should consider is that the Yucatán Peninsula as well as many other areas of the Caribbean are having problems with seaweed fouling the beaches. Unfortunately, the week prior to our arrival, there was rainy weather which prevented the removal of seaweed by resort staff. This made swimming in the sea impossible. The Villa has 2 pools which satisfied the family. We had a Week of great weather, food, fun and relaxation in a beautiful villa.
Amazing Birthday celebration at Brisa Caribe!
A friend and I celebrated our 50th birthdays at Brisa Caribe with 13 other friends and we can't wait to go back! The house is stunning, exceptionally well kept and full of unique artifacts from the owner's travels. There was plenty of space within and outside of the house for us all to spread out and relax but also enjoy meals and time together. While our agenda was sun and relaxation, we also took advantage of the volleyball court, pool, horseshoes and corn hole games that were provided. The home is located in a very safe, gated community with shops, restaurants and activities and the only time we left the area was to visit the ruins at Tulum. We can't thank Doug, Shelley and Desiree enough for being very responsive to all our questions leading up to the trip and then providing information when we arrived. Also, they were extremely helpful in arranging airport transfers, the Tulum tour, and a very fun celebration on the rooftop deck with a mariachi band! The staff at Brisa Caribe also took great care of us and kept the house and grounds immaculate! We'd also highly recommend Chef Tina. Not only did she do a few shopping trips for us but she and her assistant made most of our meals and they were all wonderful!! We're a bunch of food lovers and couldn't wait to see what Tina had created for us at each meal! This was one of those vacations that we'll never forget and leaving was very difficult but we look forward to a return visit someday!!

Amazing Property, Amazing Stay
Our multi-generational family stayed here for my father's 80th birthday. We rented the home for 1 week and it was just lovely! Our family consisted of 2 Grandparents, 4 parents and 6 grand kids ranging in age from 10-18. There were rooms for everyone to spread out, the pools were glorious, the beach volleyball was so fun and the roof deck was perfect to watch the sunsets. We hired the Mexican Chefs - who were delightful, responsible and kept everyone well fed with the most delicious specialities. Doug & Desiree were terrific at helping us organize the trip and made sure all of our desires were met. The house staff made sure we were well looked after while still staying out of our way. Truly special week at a truly special place. Thank you again for everything!!!

Wonderful Brisa Caribe
Our one week stay for 16 family members at Brisa Caribe far exceeded our expectations for comfort and beauty. Every need was anticipated and handled by Doug and Shelly, including providing a wonderful candlelit atmosphere during a power outage. If you can pull yourself away from this beautiful oceanfront property, amenities at Puerto Aventuras are an easy walk away.

This was the perfect place for our family gathering. Wonderful staff and great food. We will definitely return. Puerto Aventuras is a fantastic community that has everything and feels extremely safe. Renting a golf cart is the way to get around.

Simply Awesome
Working with the property manager and the owner has been so easy. They both were extremely helpful in getting us to and from the airport but gave us excellent references with respect to restaurants and tour guides. The house itself was fantastic but I can tell you the pictures do not do it justice. It is a true paradise and we are already planning on coming back next year!!

Perfect place and location
The house was absolutely perfect in every way. Two families with college aged children and younger. We had plenty of room for privacy when needed and large common areas for visiting or eating delicious meals prepared by Chef Tina (I’m vegan and had had picky eaters... she surpassed all our expectations). The cleaning and maintenance staff was courteous and efficient. The pre-arrival work was a breeze and the help arranging transportation, chef Tina, yoga instructor, in house massages, tours to Coba and xel-ha was invaluable. We had issues narrowing down from all the great options. From the house you can easily walk to see manatees, sea lions and dolphins. The breeze resort is directly next door and was a great place for a day-pass on our arrival. Everything was handled professionally and at the prices quoted. We hope to return here soon!
