Casa Derrelle is located in the Circle Cross Ranch community in San Tan Valley, nestled between the San Tan Mountains to the south and the Superstition Mountains to the northeast. This neighborhood is close to shopping malls, parks and golf courses which provides a great place for families of all ages to vacation. In the center of the community is a large sports complex with lighted football fields, baseball fields, and basketball courts. You can enjoy a picnic at one of the many barbecue areas throughout the community, or play some volleyball at one of the sand volleyball courts. This 3100 sq. ft. open concept residence is designed for maximum enjoyment and relaxation. You will find a whole range of amenities that will create the perfect vacation.
This beautiful quiet community is approximately 40 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and approximately 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport. While you are away from the busy cities and traffic, you are less than 7 minutes from local shopping, and 10 minutes from major retail stores, and nearest shopping mall.

Casa Derrelle offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, a private backyard with view fencing, a heated pebble tec pool, backing on to wash area with no neighbours directly behind, spacious eat in kitchen, beautifully landscaped, RV parking, fully furnished, ready for you to move in and enjoy your vacation.
The bright eat in kitchen with a center island has corian counter tops and all the large and small appliances to make meal preparation simple. There is plenty of storage space in the pantry and all dishware, cookware, glassware and utensils are provided. If a more intimate dinner is what you prefer you will enjoy the formal dining room with a square dining table and seating for eight. Just off the kitchen we have a large laundry room with a front load washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board.
The beautiful family room has 18 ceilings, gas fireplace, 55 HDTV, large sectional couch and an easy boy chair. There is plenty of room for everyone. If you or your guest prefer to get interactive the 2nd floor loft has a 50 HDTV with a PlayStation 3 system and games, board games and plenty of seating. If anyone prefers some quiet time the cozy living room with large windows, love seat and chairs are ready for your enjoyment. This is the perfect place to curl up with your favourite book or read about beautiful Arizona from one of our table top history books.
Sleeping a maximum of 10 guests, our home offers you a private Master Bedroom with a queen bed and 5 piece bath suite with a walk in closet. Your family or friends will enjoy 3 guest rooms. Two guest rooms on the 2nd floor have queen beds while the 3rd guest room has a queen bed and a double bed. There is a 4 piece hall bathroom for your guests convenience. The 5th guest room is on the main floor and has a double size sleep sofa. This room is also an office/info centre with a desk, computer, printer/copier and high-speed WIFI for everyones convenience. You will find many pamphlets and brochures that we hope will help you with planning your vacation activities. All guest rooms have ceiling fans, plenty of closet space, bedroom furniture and linens are new and provided as well as bath towels, and hair dryer.
In our front living room you will find a guest book that we would love you to date and sign, and leave your comments. You will also find an Activities Logbook with entries from previous guests outlining the highlights of their vacation. This is a very helpful resource as it details places that other guests have experienced.
The private backyard allows you to relax on the covered patio or swim in the heated Pebble Tec pool with the soothing sounds of the rock waterfall. You can enjoy cooking on the propane BBQ and dine under the stars. Patio dining set, lawn chairs, pool umbrellas and beach towels are all provided.
Casa Derrelle is perfect for any occasion whether it is a romantic get-a-way for two, family holiday or business trip. We believe that Casa Derrelle will prove to be your home away from home, and will provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Beautiful Casa Derelle
We loved staying in this beautiful home in the SanTan Valley. We found it to be spotless, and well-stocked with everything that we could possibly need. The owner has thought of everything...we especially appreciated the high door knob getting into the back yard, we had a three year old with us, and it was physically impossible for him to access the back yard and pool on his own. I would and have recommended it to many of my friends, Thank you Joanne and Tim!

Fabulous Casa Derrelle
We thoroughly enjoyed our eleven week winter retreat at Casa Derrelle. A beautiful, well equipped and comfortable home. Enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood yet parks were close by when our grandchildren visited. The yard is nicely landscaped and the pool was well used when the temperatures soared. Paradise in San Tan Valley
This was an awesome and relaxing vacation for us. The home is situated close to restaurants, shopping and sight seeing adventures. The house is very spacious, well equipped, wonderful decor and up to date. The house has an inviting appearance from the front. The backyard has multiple furniture, a pool for relaxation, landscaping that is "Arizona" and mountain scenery.

Beautiful home and had plenty of space for 7 adults. Tim was very accommodating and wanted to make our trip as comfortable as possible. Pool was tons of fun and we would definitely rent again.

A wonderful experience and beautiful home.
A family of eight we were amazingly happy and delighted with the decor and the beauty of the home and backyard area. The house was spotless and no one needed for anything. We were there when the tropical storm came through and our children had a frantic time playing with wii and reading books. Shopping and restaurants are near by, so we didn’t have to travel to far if we didn’t want to. Had a really nice vacation and will request again if available when we are in the area.

Best vacation EVER!
When we walked into the property we were in awe. This house is amazing. It has everything you need to relax and to have a great time with your family and friends. The pool is amazing and we loved back yard space as well. Tim was always quick to respond and made sure that we were looked after from start to finish. I hope to someday return. You are very close to Walmart and other shopping area. The area is so quite and peaceful and not in a busy area. Loved every minute of it. Lovely, spacious, clean home with comfortable furniture, southwest decor and beautiful back yard.
The property is in a quiet neighborhood about 40 minutes south of Phoenix. The home is even nicer than the pictures! Spacious with great furniture for relaxing inside and outside by the pool. The owners were very pleasant to work with. It is obvious they take excellent care of this home. There are many 'extras' provided for your use such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, razor, and hair dryer. The well stocked kitchen includes so many of the things you usually have to shop for, spices, bottled water, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, laundry soap, paper plates, napkins, paper towels. A desktop computer is also available for your use, with a printer. It was our first trip to the Phoenix area, and this was a perfect location for day trips. It was always so nice to come back to such a quiet and relaxing home after a day of sightseeing.

We have so enjoyed our second winter visit to Casa Derrelle. During our eleven week stay the well equipped, emasculate home and yard did not disappoint.
