The Jet Express to the Lake Erie Islands and Cedar Point is right next door. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, shopping, nightlife, State Theater, parks, kayaking, rock wall climbing, bike & Segway rentals and more. A public marina is also located next door.
Great room with full kitchen and french doors that lead to a large private patio with stunning maritime views. Master Bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. Second bedroom has two double beds and full bath. Unit is fully stocked with linens, towels and kitchen essentials.
Relax in the outdoor pool and hot tub. Other amenities include fitness room, on-site laundry and outdoor grills.
Listed by the National Register of Historic Places, the building was a paper factory that was recently converted to condominiums.

Great Condo
Great location, condo had everything we needed, was clean and nicely decorated. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Owners were very nice and responded quickly to all messages. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect
Very clean, comfy condo. Location is great - easy walking distance to the island ferry and downtown restaurants, shops and bars. We loved the waterfront view and being able to see Cedar Point lit up every night. Would absolutely stay here again!

Convenient, clean and cozy
We had a great stay! We have stayed in various condos at the the lofts and this was one of our favorites. Great owners, very clean, and excellent views and convenience. We will be back!
