Casa Bella Casita / Cabin / Guest House can be rented with or without the main house. The two Taos vacation rental homes are well separated and offer a good sense of privacy from one another. Casita Bella's tree shaded deck offers a private hot tub, outdoor dining, gas grill and is perched above the "Acequia" (a stream which is part of the famous New Mexico irrigation system - recall the novel "The Milagro Beanfield War"). In addition to the shaded and private deck is a raised flagstone patio offering extended outdoor shaded living space. Although small and cozy, Casita Bella is big on value and has become "home away from home" to many repeat guests.

PREMIERE PROPERTIES POLICIES
RESERVATIONS: Are confirmed & property is taken off market when contract is completely filled in and received by Premiere. For reservations made more than 30 days from arrival, 50% deposit is due at time of booking. Balance is due 30 days before arrival (60 days Xmas/NY’s, Spring Break and reservations of 14 or more nights). Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged to a Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
CHECK IN: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check-out is no later than 10:00 am so housekeeping can be ready for next party arrival at 4:00 pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY: More than 30 days before arrival (60 days Xmas/NY's, Spring Break, and reservations of 14 or more nights) cancellation fee is 21% of total reservation. Less than 30 days before arrival, (60 days Xmas/NY's, Spring Break, and reservations of 14 or more nights) forfeiture of 100% of full reservation unless property is rebooked for entire stay at same rate. If booked for less, refund portion will be prorated (less the 21% cancellation fee). There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.
Travel Insurance coverage provided by Travel Guard is optional. Please call Travel Guard for more information.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Each property has a private caretaker to assist guests with maintenance issues, lost keys, directions, etc. Guest is to contact caretaker for such issues. If there is an urgent matter and caretaker does not respond with 30 minutes guest should then call Premiere at.
DEPARTURE: Property is to be left in good order by following the printed guidelines in each home. Should the guidelines be missing common sense should rule. Should property be left in poor order please read 'SECURITY DEPOSIT' below.
GUEST POLICY: Should there be more overnight guests (including children) other than number disclosed in contract (other than prior approved visits) the party will be required to immediately vacate the premises without refund and full security deposit will be forfeited. If a large party gathers without prior disclosure to 'Premiere' the full security deposit shall be forfeited and party will immediately terminate.
SECURITY DEPOSIT PER DWELLING: Debit Cards will be pre-authorized for $525. Should damages or extra cleaning occur, my credit card will be charged $500.00 dollars plus a $25.00 dollar non-refundable service charge. Premiere Properties will send $500 to the homeowner along with my name, address, email and phone number. Prorated refund will be returned directly by Homeowner. Evidence of unauthorized pets or smoking in the house will result in forfeiture of full security deposit. (see direction sheet for partial explanation of possible damages) Premiere Properties will be held harmless and will not be involved in damage negotiations.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: This property is privately owned & cared for. Premiere Properties is acting as Reservation Service only for the use of the subject property. For homes with hot tubs, I understand the risks of hot tub/Jacuzzi use, and recognize that for some people adverse reactions can occur, including but not limited to skin rash. Neither Premiere Properties, nor the Owner or their Agents will be held liable or responsible for personal injury, accidents, loss of life, valuables or personal property due to fire, theft, neglect, or any catastrophe or natural disaster which might occur at the above named property during the above stated time period. If this property becomes unavailable, due to unforeseen circumstances, I understand Premiere Properties will do all possible to move my party to an equal or upgraded option.
PAYMENT: All funds due within 30 days of arrival (60 days Christmas, New Year, Spring Break and reservations of 14 or more days). 50% deposit of total reservation due by check within 7 days of booking.

Beautiful place
I forgot where I worked. Very clean and beautiful place. There was snow on the ground and in the tree's which made it even more special. Our trip was for my wife's 50th Birthday and we got Married in Taos during our stay. 8 miles from Ski Valley and 7 miles to town so location was perfect. I really liked having the garage for my truck. Our 1st morning we didn't have any hot water, but I know things break at times. We called the caretaker and it was taken care of promptly and I really appreciate her quick response...nice job! We loved it and plan to return with the kids next winter, of course we will need a larger place, but for 2 people on a get away, Casa Bella Casita is perfect and very affordable.... Highly recommended!
Location was great and very private

Great place
Great place. Was larger than expected and very well maintained. The privacy was great as the garage separates the main house from the guest house. There is a stream that runs along the back of the property, leaving the windows open provides a nice sounds. The deck and the grill are very nice for relaxing. Property is about a 10-15min drive into Taos. Great proximity to mountain biking and hiking.
Nicely Sweet Casita
Nicely Sweet Casita ? ? ? ? ? This is a darling little sweet spot. A steam babbles under the shade of trees that surround the casita. There is a hot tub and outdoor grill with a little table under the elderberry tree and a hawks nest in the tree next to it. Washer and dryer and all the kitchen amenities. Murphy bed folds about of the way when not in use. The caretaker was very helpful and responded immediately to any of our questions. Paulette, the owner was sweet as could be. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic find! This is a great little place close to Taos Ski Valley. We had our 2 kids with us and they slept well on the 2 sectional sofa. The place was well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed. Management answered our few questions very promptly; they were kind and helpful. - C. Flaming

Awesome small property
Awesome small property by a stream. We had a very good experience working with Premier Properties. They are awesome! Gary was great and the Caretaker was super helpful. The property exceeded our expectations and was quiet and tranquil; just what we needed. Thanks Premiere!

Wonderful, affordable place to stay
Wonderful, affordable place to stay. Casa Bella Casita is wonderful. The furnishings are nice and comfortable. The space is reasonably large for only being a studio. Could easily fit a family of 4 without feeling too crowded. The location is very central to all there is to do and see in the area. Very peaceful, private, and friendly location. The hot tub is a bonus and was very clean. Kitchen is well equipped, and has a washer and dryer!!!! Unfortunately, club house was closed due to maintenance, so can not speak for it, but it looked very nice. All in all, Casa Bella Casita offers everything other rentals have at a much more affordable price. Definitely will stay again!
