Clearview Villas offers two separate units. The upstairs, which features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths (available thru VRBO), sleeps up to 8. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bath, 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds and a large room with 2 twin beds (convertible to one king). These 3 bedrooms share a full bath located in the hallway . All rooms are colorfully decorated and are equipped with powerful fans. In addition to the rooms, this 3000 sq. ft. unit has a spacious open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous views from the living/dining area and feel the heavenly breeze that flows through the windows!! The kitchen is generously equipped for the vacationer who likes to entertain at home, yet the island also offers some exquisite restaurants for those who desire to dine out!
The downstairs unit is a bit smaller featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, sleeping up to 6. The master bedroom like the upstairs, offers a king size bed and en suite bath. There is also a day/trundle bed in the master that would be perfect for families or friends who are traveling together and need the extra sleeping space. In addition to this, there is another bedroom with a queen size bed and another full bath on the ocean side of the house… the kitchen/dining/living room downstairs is cozy, casual, and comfortably decorated.

Rental Notes
Your advance payment is refundable provided that the cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival date. There is a non refundable $150 cancellation fee that will be applied to your refund. Cancellations made less that 60 days and more than 30 days prior to arrival, will forfeit 50% of their original deposit. Cancellations made inside 30 days will not receive a refund.

Stunningly beautiful setting
A group of 5 women friends (we’ve traveled together for years—sailing the Carribean) deceided to stay “on land” this year on our beautiful Anguilla island. After much searching and high prices, we landed on Clearview which turned out to be the perfect place for us. We stayed up top (four bedrooms) and enjoyed the spaciousness of the bedrooms and the villa. The balcony views were breathtaking and was where we started and ended every day—and several mornings traipsing down to the “rock” with coffees in hand to watch the waves roll in and the sun rise up...true shangrillla. While not overly fussy, the villa is well equipped and maintained. We didnt need a thing..its all there..beach chairs, towels, noodles, and the house including the kitchen was well provisioned. We had cleaning services twice during the week and that was also very much appreciated. If you are looking for a comfortable, glorious place to land thats not very pricey, this is the place~ We hope to get back to shangrallla

Great stay at Clearview Villa
We just returned from 5 days at Clearview villa. There were 7 of us (adults) in the upper villa and it was perfect. Spacious, clean, with ductless (not noisy window units) ACs in each bedroom, and a fantastic large deck overlooking the ocean which was a great spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. Each room also had its own little safe, a nice touch but not one that is necessary on Anguilla, as far as I can tell. The living room and kitchen areas were spacious and never felt crowded for the 7 of us. The Island Harbor location is also great, close to Shoal Bay beach and to several great restaurants (Artisan, Hibernia, The Pit Stop). Mind you, everything is "close" on Anguilla, within a 30 minute drive, tops. I have to give special mention to the property manager Geenelle who went above and beyond the call of duty to secure a charter ferry for us in the last minute for my son whose flight was delayed and as a result was likely to miss the last public ferry from Marigot at 7 PM. She took it upon herself to make sure that he would be able to join us upon his arrival and she came through for us. Thank you Geenelle!! All in all, a great experience staying at Clearview Villas.

Perfect island getaway
The staff met us at the property and were immediately so kind and accommodating. The villa was very spacious! 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an outside shower and spicket to rinse beach water and sand. Large living and dining space. We had 5 adults and 4 teenagers in the house and it was great! The kitchen was large and filled with amenities to create meals on our own. They provided all towels, bedding, and even beach equipment. Chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear. The upstairs villa was great because you had excellent breezes and views.i highly recommend that choice. We rented a car, a must when visiting anguilla. This allowed us to explore multiple beaches, restaurants, and stores. The villa had good wifi and TV with satellite service. I would stay here again for sure! Thank you!
