Clearview Villas offers two separate units. The downstairs unit is the smaller of the two featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, sleeping up to 6. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and en suite bath. There is also a day/trundle bed (2 twin beds) in the master that would be perfect for families or friends who are traveling together and need the extra sleeping space, and aren't bothered to share the room (Its HUGE). In addition to this, there is another bedroom with a queen size bed and another full bath… the kitchen/dining/living room downstairs is cozy, casual, and comfortably decorated. There are also 2 porches to the downstairs of the villa, one with access thru a slider in the living room, and one with sliding door access off the master bedroom.
All rooms are colorfully decorated and are equipped with powerful fans and A/C. . Relax and enjoy the gorgeous views from the living/Master patios and feel the heavenly breeze that flows through the windows!! The kitchen is generously equipped for the vacationer who likes to entertain at home, yet the island also offers some exquisite restaurants for those who desire to dine out!
The upstairs, features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeps up to 8, and is also available thru VRBO.

Your advance payment is refundable provided that the cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival date. There is a non refundable $150 cancellation fee that will be applied to your refund. Cancellations made less that 60 days and more than 30 days prior to arrival, will forfeit 50% of their original deposit. Cancellations made inside 30 days will not receive a refund.

Absolutely Wonderful
Clear View Villas was the perfect place for us! The villa was beautifully decorated, very spacious and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals and there were beach chairs and towels for us to use. The beautiful blue water was only steps away and the snorkeling right from the villa was amazing! We snorkeled all the way to the Island Harbor dock and had a beer at Falcons Nest and snorkeled back. The coral outcroppings were covered with sea plants and beautiful fish. Geenelle, our host was prompt with emails and met us at the property right on time with the keys and she was great to deal with. Over all, it was the perfect vacation rental in a quiet beach front paradise! We will definitely stay at Clear View Villas again on our next visit to Anguilla!
