It sits just outside Wilderness State Park an 8000 acre
park that has great nature trails and sandy dune beaches.
Come and enjoy the Best of Northern Michigan.We are just 10 minutes from Mackinaw Island and many great golf courses. Our home has two twin beds, a bunk bed that has a
full size bed and a twin on top. The master bedroom is on the first floor it has a queen size bed. Do to allergies we do not ALLOW PETS. WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY.

This house is beautiful, right on the lake and close to a lot of stuff
Frank and Barb were great to work with, got back with us quickly to answer any questions we had. The house was very clean and well stocked. It's a great location, close to a lot of stuff. Mackinaw City has a lot to do. We went to the island, St. Ignace, Sault St.Marie is about an 1.5 drive. We did a tour of the locks, that was very cool. We drove over to see pictured rock, that took about 2.5 hours but it's very pretty. We also drove up to Tahquamenon Falls Park, that's about an 1.5 drive also. Lots of hiking and pretty falls. We would definitely recommend this house and stay here again.

Awesome
Great home with super Lake Michigan views, enjoyed sitting on sandy beach..deck..watching seagulls, swans and freighters! Road was great for riding bikes, not super busy! Everything we needed for our 40th anniversary R&R. Friends came for a couple days! Perfect!! Plenty of room! With all the windows, it was a very open feel.. Would definitely rent again

Nice clean family house on beach.
The beach is in the backyard! Mostly private. Perfect for young children as the water does not get deep for a long way out. Our grandkids had an inflatable boat and had a ball! The house is very clean and comfortable. Barb and Frank were super! We had a wonderful week here and also enjoyed side trips to The Soo Lock’s, the Falls, Mackinac Island and Whitefish Point on Lake Superior. Also, Headlands observatory (only about 5 miles away ) is a must! Hope to come back again soon.

Beautiful home with amazing views
Our family of 6 absolutely loved staying at this home. The home was clean, cozy and had spacious bedrooms. It was private and secluded but close enough for lots of adventures. We loved the sandy beach area and felt like we had the lake to ourselves. The water was very shallow for a long way out. We enjoyed exploring Wilderness State Park, Mackinaw City, a day trip to Tahquamenom Falls. and Sturgeon Bay near Cross Village. There are many places you could go in the area and this home makes a perfect place to return to each night. We even enjoyed just spending time at the home and beach. The sound of the waves on the lake, campfires in the evenings and enjoying the beautiful sunsets right from the deck or even the beach made this vacation wonderful. We would highly recommend this house and would definitely consider returning again.

Spacious Home Right on the Beach
My family and I just spent a week here and we were pleasantly surprised at how big the house was! The bedrooms were spacious and perfectly fit our needs. The two older kids especially enjoyed the loft area overlooking the downstairs living space as their special "hangout". It was wonderful being able to walk out on the porch in the morning and watch the sunrise over the right side of the lake while sipping on coffee. It was especially nice that there was a little trading post an easy walk away that the kids could go to with an adult to get ice cream! Mackinaw City was just a short car ride, and we were able to check out the shops for a couple of hours then come back to the house and enjoy the private beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property with an awesome private beach
Loved this property so very much!! We never wanted to leave. Our children loved swimming non-stop and having the beach with so much privacy was great. The house was perfect and we did not have one complaint.
