2 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo
No major damage from the 2017 Hurricane. One of the best!! locations close to the pool. We have an unobstructed view of the ocean on the second floor . We have the morning sunrises and afternoon shade on our patio which over looks the pool.
Our condo was completely remodeled in 2016. There are two bedrooms.The master bedroom faces the ocean and has a King size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
We have a galley kitchen that over looks the ocean.
Our home features a 55" flat screen TV and internet.
This is a perfect retreat for two couples or a family with two children.

Perfect for our family.
We are two grandparents, two parents, and two toddlers that don't seek luxury so this review is from that perspective. We stayed a week in December. This place was a perfect place for us in so many ways. The complex: It's an older complex (which we like), but very clean, and very well maintained. The location of the complex was perfect - right on the water. It's close to a beach, close to a dive shop, and close to three really decent restaurants - all waterfront dining. (Note, we are not foodies, and would rather walk to a C than drive to an A. We ate six of our meals here.) We went to a lot of beaches and saw a lot of places. We did not see one we wished we were at instead, including the Ritz Carlton. It also has a nice pool which was important for the kids. The unit: Everything about the condo itself was excellent. Everything was as advertised. First, the location of this unit was one of the best in the complex - close to pool, close to parking, and close to beach. It was clean, good sized, well appointed, good bed-age, and overlooks the pool and waterfront. The master bedroom was especially nice because we could open the big sliding glass door for sleeping. The breeze and the sounds of surf made for a great sleep. There is a window unit in each room, but we only used the one in the 2nd bedroom and only for sleeping. The rest of the time was open air. The island: Way better than I was expecting. Plenty of great beaches, good restaurants and fun things to do. For me, the biggest and most pleasant surprise was just how nice the locals are. We did not come across a single surly person - not one. Genuinely friendly. We had a great vacation.

Lovely quiet spot
Wonderful condo at Watergate Villas. The morning sun on the large balcony overlooking the bay, sound of crashing waves and glistening blue from the pool- it doesn't get old! Love having access to Mim's, Iggie's and Bolongo resort when you didn't feel like leaving property. Equal 10 minute drive to both Red Hook and Charlotte Amalie. Nice renovated condo and great setup for a family of four. Would definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic trip
Perfect vacation! The condo is very nicely renovated with everything you need for your trip. We loved the island - went to several beaches and took the car ferry to St John. Lots to do but we spent the majority of time at the pool, beach and Iggies. Thanks Frank and Barb for sharing your beautiful home!

Paradise
We loved the sounds of the ocean and the tropical breezes. To wake up to this everyday is the greatest. The condo has everything we needed a well equipped kitchen, and the best view. Love this place!
Amazing views and so much to do
This was our first time to St. Thomas, and we had an amazing week. The condo was clean and spacious enough for our family of four. The view was gorgeous and this beach had plenty of cool breezes unlike some of the other beaches we visited that were so hot! Having 3 restaurants within walking distance was also great. We especially loved Iggie's which had live bands and entertainment in addition to games for the kids like basketball, cornhole, and darts. I would highly recommend this condo and location to anyone. The only thing I would suggest is bring a few extra washcloths as only two were provided along with six bath towels.
