The house does offer free WiFi, cable and you can connect to a variety of TV services VUDU, Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc.
Parking for 2 cars only, there is no community lot for additional cars and you cannot park on the street. Boat trailers will have to be parked at the public launch ramp
The home is one house away from the community launch ramp
