Year round Lake Shafer Home, 3 bedrooms (king, full, twin) 3 bathrooms. Lakefront home just steps from the water. 120' lake frontage with boat ramp. Lake front deck. Nice lake yard with fire pit (firewood provided), outdoor speakers, picnic table, outdoor chairs, cement sea wall/side walk, floating pier with ladder. Outdoor movies available (very cool - outdoor movies next to the fire pit on a summer evening). Great kitchen with all the basics (dishwasher, microwave) plus 18 quart turkey roaster, large crock pot, Oster Kitchen Center (blender/mixer/grater). Jenn Air Cooktop with cast iron griddle/grill option. Keurig and standard coffee makers. Plus second small kitchen in lakefront room, very cute. Two refrigerators. Several folding tables and chairs. Home theatre with ceiling mounted projector and surround sound. Popcorn maker, enhance your movie experience with great tasting popcorn, just like at the movies. Home theatre has three sofas that will fold out with many different options. Three televisions, all with dvd players. Two stereos, CD changer, speakers located throughout the house. Wireless internet, theatre room has internet access for Netflix, You Tube etc... Central Air Conditioning that cools very well, ceiling fans in most rooms, heat available. Several sofas, most fold out to beds, plus rollaway beds, air mattresses, other sleeping options. Lots of towels, blankets, pillows etc... Gas grill with side burner and large assortment of utensils. Washer and Dryer. Swimming, Fishing, Boating. If you have a boat I have a great setup for you, launch your boat right here on the cement boat ramp, boat lift available that will fit most boats. Plenty of parking.

Great Place to Stay
We had a great time this is weekend, accommodations were great, enough room for all 12 if us. The boat ramp was a major plus for us. It's not often you find a lake house this well furnished, especially the kitchen. Thanks for a great time.

Great place
We booked this place for a short, 3 night, family vacation. There was 9 of us, 4 adults and 5 kids, and there was tons of space for all of us. The kids loved the big projector screen in the living room/movie room. Mike was quick to answer any questions that we had prior to our stay and while we were there. We’re hoping to do this again next summer and will definitely book this place if we do.

Girls Vacation
This is a very lay back property. Lots of sleeping options. We loved the deck area. Nothing deluxe but a true lake cottage. Fun place.

Best vacation for our family
Our family of 4, including 2 children, spent 5 nights at Mike's lake home. We have vacationed all over the US including cruises and Disney. This by far was our favorite vacation. The owner Mike is the best. He was around to help with anything we needed. We fished, boated, relaxed and watched an outdoor movie and had popcorn from his fun popcorn machine. Words can't express how happy we all were. Words from the kids "i dont want to go to Florida next yr now, can we please come here?" We made so many memories that we will never forget but we will have again because we are already planning our next visit at Mikes place!

We did a girls weekend trip at the lake house, we loved everything about the property

Very relaxing
We had a group of 8 adults and 3 babies/toddlers for an extended weekend. Three bedrooms worked great for the families. Others made beds on the futons. Mike provides everything and was super helpful. The yard was big enough for the cornhole boards and picnic blankets for the babies. We swam off the dock and the lake was pleasant. Mike shared water toys and fishing gear. We had a lovely time and will go there again.
