Villa Mariposa - Relaxing and Brand New!
This villa is spacious and has beautiful outdoor space. The 3 bedrooms can easily sleep 8 guests without being overcrowded. Furthermore our bathrooms are modern and clean and have hot water. The whole villa is airconditioned so you can cool down on nice cold sheets at the end of a long day of fun in the sun.
Let's start with the master bedroom. It has it's own private attached bathroom, is fully airconditioned, has a TV in the room and it also has TWO KING beds in there. The other two bedrooms each have a QUEEN bed and they have a shared bathroom.
In total there is space for 8 guests, however we do have a crib available and can add one small guest. We have a pull out sofa in the living area as well for an extra guest.
The comfy living room is a great place to relax and watch TV and there is an extra bathroom right by the living area. Terrace doors give you a nice view to the pool.
In the open kitchen you can find anything you need to comfortably prepare meals at home for your family. We also have any needed appliance like a dishwasher, microwave, blender, new stove and oven, extractor, pots and pans, coffee maker and a tea maker.
A large dining table is situated right next to the kitchen. From the kitchen, enter through terrace doors to a large patio where you will find another large dining table and lounge set, and to complete things, a great BBQ. The pool is gorgeous and the lights at night are very pretty. Here you can enjoy your delicious meal while enjoying the beautiful sunset right from your patio.
Around the pool we have great lounge chairs to enjoy and relax on, either in the sun or the shade. We even have a private little sandy beach area behind the house with a volleyball net and cabana, so you can pretend to have your own private beach. At night there is a small lighthouse illuminting this area which is really pretty.
Did I already mention the great DECK on top of the patio? You will be able to see the whole coast and enjoy the sunset right in your own home.
Furthermore we have beach chairs for you to bring to the beach, beach towels and a cooler. This will save you a bundle on chair rentals at the beach. Aruba's beaches are PUBLIC so you can use these beach chairs and sit on any hotel beach in Aruba.
We value your safety so we have a great alarm system with 24/7 monitoring and a safe to store your valuables. We also have WiFi, hot water, the whole property is fenced and we have place to park 3 cars on the car port. Did I already mention we even have a washer and dryer?

NOTES
There is a cleaning fee of $250 USD (cash) upon check in. This fee covers both the preparation and cleaning of the home before you arrive and the cleaning after you leave.
At check-in, we will take the water and electricity meter readings with you and we let you sign our rental agreement.
The water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rent, however, up to a certain point. We give you a fair daily budget which will be MORE THAN ENOUGH - if you are energy efficient.
Unfortunately we have to work with budgets since water and electricity are expensive and this stimulates our guests to report running toilets and turn off airconditioners when leaving the house.
Possible excess usage will be charged at check out by a fixed tariff.
Water will be charged USD 5,00 per 1.000 Liters
Electricity will be charged USD 0,50 per kwh
This could be between USD 40-100 per stay and really only applies to guests who would like the convenience of cooling the house 24/7.
We will explain how to stay within budget at check in - it is easy!
We advise you when you book your ticket to directly take out travel and cancellation insurance, both for the trip and for the rental of the house. With the insurance, you will be protected from financial losses if a booking is cancelled or cut short is case of emergencies, such as inability to fly in case of pregnancy, unexpected loss, air traffic controller strikes, terrorist attacks, and/or natural phenomena.

Perfect vacation home and location.
All I can say is Wow! The location is perfect. It is only a 6 minute walk to the hotel zone at Palm Beach. So many restaurant and beach bars to choose from. The pool and outdoor area is perfect!!! The rooftop deck has awesome views of the sunsets and the surrounding area. Jose was a great host. He answered all our questions, gave us a tour upon check-in, and was available if we needed to reach him. I can't wait to go back!!! Thank you so much for having us!!

The property was approximately 10 minutes from the beach. It was a wonderful place to stay, especially for a family. House was clean and had plenty of amenities. Jose was awesome. We cannot wait to come back!
