This is a Gulf Front unit with Panoramic Ocean and beach views from all rooms. It has been completely renovated from top to bottom with new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture, GE stainless steel appliances and LCD TVs in all room. Two Ocean facing balconies give you the view of beautiful sunrise in the morning from one balcony and awesome West Coast sunsets from the other balcony. The unit is fully equipped with all the comforts of a home. It has washer and dryer in the unit so you don't have to make trips to a laundromat. The Master Suite has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has two full size beds (not twins). If you want a Gulf facing unit with spectacular views, fully renovated, clean and comfortable furnishings, you will not find a better place than this on Siesta Beach.
The rates are as listed, plus a 12% Florida tax. Holiday weeks 15% premium.

You are renting this condo directly from the owner and I live less than a mile on the same road. I am easy to deal with and love to help my guests in any way I can. This is big advantage over dealing with some third party rental agents. You will have my personal cell phone to be able to contact me with any questions or concerns.
No need for a car. There is a FREE trolley and a number of TIPS ONLY golf taxis which will take you anywhere on the island.

Great Location and Amenities for our Family on the Go! And that VIEW!
Recently stayed at Harry's for a week with my girlfriend our toddler and my father. The location of the condo is absolutely perfect. Being right across the street from Siesta beach made getting everything together and heading out stress-free. Access to the beach is essentially right across from the condo as well as a playground for the kids (although our little guy was more interested in the sand and ocean) and a small food/drink stand on the beach itself. The beach is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The condo itself was perfect for our family. Rooms are clean and comfortable as are the bathrooms. The kitchen is updated and has plenty of room to cook, if you so choose. We actually made Thanksgiving dinner there... well reheated pre-cooked food, but it had everything we needed. The view in the main living area is spectacular. Being on the 6th floor makes for a perfect view of the beach and those unforgettable sunsets. The multiple sliding glass doors help keep it breezy and comfortable without the AC. We used the AC maybe once the whole time we were there and temps hit the 80s a few times. The building was being updated but is clean and the residents are warm and welcoming. The pool is also well-maintained and was a great change of pace when the sun got too hot on the beach. In addition to the proximity to Siesta beach, the condo is about a 20 minute drive from a host of great attractions like the Mote aquarium, Big Cat Habitat & Gulf Coast Sanctuary and Sarasota Jungle Gardens (these were the places we went and really enjoyed) and others. You are about a mile or so from the main strip of bars, restaurants and gift shops on the island as well. We drove a few times but found the free trolley stop is just a few feet from the condo and took that a number of times. You're a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the "downtown" area, which we liked, but are a 2 minute drive/ride into town when you want to be in the mix. The only negative was a few nights there were a group of teens who thought they were in the Fast and Furious movies, gathering across the street at the beach parking lot, revving their engines and playing loud music. A visit once or twice from the local authorities put an end to that and, even when the police didn't show up, the kids were usually gone from the lot by 9 pm. They didn't seem like trouble makers, just a bunch of kids with nothing to do but hang out in a parking lot. We loved Harry's and and plan on returning.

Heart and body warming! Our first visit to Siesta Key area. Loved it all!
The condo was perfect; the location was perfect; the weather was perfect. We felt very comfortable; the condo was clean and fresh. Furnished with much more than we expected (i.e., beach chairs, beach towels, wheeled cart to transport everything to the beach). Pristine beach just across the parking lot from the condo. This was our first experience booking online and the description provided was spot-on; no exaggeration on the amenities provided. Our opportunities to get away are limited, but we would certainly book that condo again!

Prefect house on the beach
Our stay at house on the beach was prefect, excellent location right across the street from the beach, convenient to shopping and restaurants. The condo was very comfortable and supplied with everything for a comfortable stay. The view of the Gulf and sunsets were beautiful. Nice clean pool area with a great area to grill . I highly recommend staying at this location ! We loved our stay and will be back. 10+ stars !!! Perfect !!

Great stay
My family and I stayed in this condo for 7 days. There is a beautiful view of the beach and the location of the apartment was perfect. The beach was beautiful with clear water and clean sand. As far as the owner goes, he was very good at staying on top of things making this experience for us a time to remember.

Family beach Vacation
My family and I had an awesome time at Harry's condo this past week. The condo is so spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The double patio and view of the beach is amazing and the condo is right across the street from the beach. We took a few day trips to different beaches and really enjoyed them as well! The village in Siesta key is so cute and lots of cool and fun places to eat and go out at night. The condo is right across from the public beach access which was great because there are bathrooms, a playground and a small place that sells food and drinks. The pool was perfect after a long day at the beach and the grill is a very nice amenity. Everyone was very friendly and Harry was awesome to work with. Can't wait to come back and visit.
