Captain Ken Wolfel will be your captain and host for your week long fantasy vacation (getaway). Ken has been sailing for over 35 years and has been chartering in the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean for the past 20 years. He holds a Masters license with the US Coast Guard.
Sunshine is a spacious 47 foot Leopard Catamaran manufactured in South Africa specifically for the charter industry. She has two hulls and a 24 foot beam to assure a smooth and flat sail. She has four queen size cabins with 10” memory foam mattresses, four private heads (bathrooms) with showers, a full galley complete with microwave and air conditioning throughout. Outside forward are two large trampolines for sun tanning, star gazing or simply daydreaming as you watch the waves slip by. Aft there is a large covered cockpit for dining or to get out of the sun. A hammock, six floats, two kayaks, a stand up paddle board, a blender, 110 volt inverter, custom CD/DVD stereo system to play your favorite music, large outdoor gas grill and snorkel gear complete the package.
Captain Ken is waiting for you join him so you can experience the magic of the laid back lifestyle and crystal clear waters of the British Virgin Islands in a manner that very few are privileged to know! Never lose sight of land as you sail amongst the dozens of Islands, each with its own distinctive personality.
Sunshine will be available in Grenada and the Grenadines between July and November this hurricane season for anyone interested in a little variety!

Sail Sunshine Offers an absolutely amazing way to visit the many islands of the BVI’s
On the first day Captain Ken promised us it would be the best vacation of our entire lifetime and went on to assure us that every day got better. I need to say that the six of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and that he completely lived up to his promise. Captain Ken brought us to many places that are off the beaten path and where we could have the entire anchorage or beach to ourselves. The snorkeling was fantastic and he knew all of the best tiki bar’s for happy hour.

Sunshine Fortnight
Ken is one of the world's good guys. He did everything possible to make sure our time aboard was the best it could be. Always a smiling and totally capable captain, we felt secure knowing that whatever the weather -( at times 30 gusting 33 knots) he knew the boat well and would dress it appropriately for the waves and wind. Somehow, he managed to find shelter in the evenings and understanding that we love swimming and snorkelling moored us in the best places. As an experienced sailor, I specially appreciated the chance to helm the Catamarin. Sunshine is spacious and well equipped and we can recommend the package. Thank you Ken.

Best trip ever
This was our second year chartering with Ken on Sunshine. It was absolutely fabulous in every way. We lacked for nothing, Ken was an amazing host and guide, and it was just a fantastic week. Highly recommended.
