About 10 minutes walks to Georgetown and the Washington harbor. Also walking distance to all the monuments and museums and downtown offices.

Great Vacation
Our family stayed at this property for nine nights. There were nine of us and the three separate units fit our three families perfectly. We were able to cook dinners and play games together on the main floor when we desired and also have our own areas for sleep or quiet times. The location was convenient and we visited the National Mall (about two miles away) or the zoo (about 1.5 miles away) each day. We used metro buses, Uber and Lift and travel was easy. The manager was friendly and responded quickly to our few needs. As to things which might be a negative for some, the stairs are steep, although my wife and I are in our seventies and had no difficulties, and parking is very limited. We would not hesitate to use this property again if in the DC area.

Great spot for family and friends
Very enjoyable week in D.C. with a group of family and friends. Great location to use as home base - easy access to all parts of the city, as well as restaurants, sights, grocery store, etc., in easy walking distance. Spacious, comfortable home with plenty of room for everybody to spread out. It was well-stocked with everything from towels to soap to shampoo, so all we needed to bring was ourselves. Appreciate David's hospitality as host. Incredibly responsive during check in/out and to any questions we had during our stay. Definitely would look at staying here again.

House worked perfectly as a home base and hub to see all that DC has to offer! David is a charming host and the house is nicely appointed and comfortable with several very good restaurants quite close by.
