1st Floor; Entrance hall, separate lounge and dining room with seating for 10, a large fully equipped dining kitchen with brand new appliances, (dishwasher, washing machine, drier, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine).
2nd Floor; Landing with renovated main bath room, 2 large bedrooms with king size double beds, 1 large bedroom with double bed, and brand new shower room with rain shower.
3rd Floor; 2 large bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with super comfy standard double.
The 160ft south west facing rear garden is a real sun lovers delight, with a large area for the kids to play, a vine covered pergola with chandelier lighting for alfresco dining, and a brand new hot tub.

Perfect large group home!
Loved the location of this brilliant property. Great for large groups to stay. The hot tub was a highlight for our party. Plenty of on street parking. All bedding and towels provided were lovely. Would stay again.

Amazing
What a glorious place to stay, so nice, there was everything we needed, the attention to detail is lovely, cant think of anything we needed and didn't have. Hot tub was lovely, made the stay perfect. Cant wait to go back. Bembridge is lovely, nice place with lots of lovely little shops and cafes.

Lovely property
Lovely house, very tidy, white and clean. Very good communication with the owners in the run up to our stay and whilst we were at the venue. I even sent some early morning emails which were promptly replied to before we arrived. The house is situated within walking distance of the high street with pub, Chinese and shops and walking distance to Bembridge beach. The garden is beautiful great for kids as is very long and well kept. Hot tub well maintained and can seat probably four easily but not more comfortably. Only downside was the water pressure - fine for the shower and washing etc but for the bath took a while to fill. Lovely bath however! Would hire again and recommend
