Description
The house has a sleek modern design. It is laid out over three floors.
Hallways and living areas have wooden floors, bedrooms are carpeted for a cosier feel. The house has: easily controlled underfloor heating, a water softener and constant hot water.
On entering the ground floor there is: a storeroom, shoe storage and ample coat hooks in the utility.
The utility room has a washer and a dryer; there is a door to an enclosed back garden.
There are two ground floor bedrooms with zip and link super king beds. One bedroom has a wardrobe and TV, both have bedside drawers, a chest of drawers and en suite shower rooms.
On the first floor there is a WC and an external door for side access. This floor has one bedroom. This has a zip and link super king bed and a TV. It also has an en suite shower room and storage space.
The open plan living area includes modern white kitchen with black granite surfaces, a double oven, american fridge freezer with filtered water and ice maker, Nespresso, microwave and a 6 slot toaster. There is a kitchen island with gas hob and breakfast bar. The table has extendable leaves which can seat 12 people.
The living area is spacious and modern with black leather sofas and wood burner. There is a 65" TV and sonos speaker. Sliding glass doors lead you to a balcony with comfortable seating allowing you to make the most of the beautiful Solent views.
Outside there is: a log store for the log burner, a table, chairs and a BBQ for alfresco dining when the sun is out.
On the second floor there is a master suite with super king bed, spacious wardrobes and en suite. Across the way is a spacious kids room with a bunk bed and two singles, a 42 inch TV and en suite shower room.
One final floor more, open the electric glass roof and climb to the roof terrace you can see across to East Cowes, the spinnaker, Southampton and the New forest. Enjoy your sundowner on the daybed and then watch as the stars come out...

Exceeded all expectations
Prior to the trip the information and responses from Marion were friendly, prompt and really useful. The house is exceptional, all rooms were immaculate and decorated to a high standard. Location of the house is fantastic with views of the solent. We had a group of 8 ladies and it never felt crowed due to the layout of the house. Thanks so much for making a great trip truly memorable. Keep up the good work Marion!!!!!

Luxurious large new build house
Had an amazing time in this stunning house with a family party of 12 adults. There was plenty of spaces where people could get their own space and chill out independently. Plenty of balcony spaces around each level with cushioned furniture. Marian was able to meet our needs and responded promptly. She has certainly filled the house with all items you needed for the week (ice boxes, beach towels, emergency box (life saver for us) etc). The kitchen is extensively well equipped and we made the most of it during our stay. House is located in a quiet area and very close to a shingle beach down the hill from the house. Cowes is about a 10 minute pleasant walk from the house. If you want to relax in style then this is the place to be! You can stay in the house all day long and just watch all the ships, boats, etc from the stunning views. All bedrooms had quality power showers which helps and the whole place was immaculately clean. Wifi kept the young adults happy and the large TV/sound system was a bonus.
