Refundable Damage Deposit $308
Booking Notes:
A 25% deposit secures your booking and balance payments are due at least six weeks prior to arrival when a refundable damage deposit is also payable.
Changeover Day:
Changeover day in high season is Saturday with guests to arrive after 4pm and requested to leave by 10am.
Notes on prices:
While the house is perfect for two families holidaying together, it is an extremely cosy getaway for those looking for a short break to walk in the Isle of Wight or for those not constrained by school holidays.
Please enquire about mid-week stays and long weekends in off peak times when we are able to be flexible on changeover days and pricing.

Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children
Kitchen very well stocked and plenty of room for the 10 of us, although we did bring a settee from the conservatory into the living room for our stay. The children loved the garden, especially the wrecking ball. A feather duster wouldn't go amiss!

Lovely short break in a great location
The quirky 'upside house' was ideal for our 4 day break on the island, very peaceful and a great location close to The Needles and Yarmouth ferry and only a short drive to other attractions. Our host was superb and very accommodating when we had to slightly change the dates and couldn't have been more helpful. Look forward to visiting again and staying in Totland Bay
