Description
Little Mersley Farmhouse is located on the Garlic Farm nestled at the foot of Mersley Down in the Arreton Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Following a sensitive renovation, it is now available as our largest most well appointed cottage. The property sleeps up to 10 in 2 double ensuite rooms and 3 twin rooms. It works very well for families with a mixture of adults and children and a has a large wood fired hot tub in the garden (£150 booking extra to include all logs, kindling and freshly filled on arrival). Guests enjoy discounts in our onsite restaurant and farm shop which serves breakfast and lunch every day as well as access to the games room, tennis court, football pitch and open access to all the beautiful surrounding land. Chickens, peacocks and red squirrels roam freely around the farm with highland cattle and horses in the surrounding fields.
The farm is ideally located for exploring the Island, lying at the hub of miles of footpaths and cycle ways for which the Island is famous with beaches no more than 10 minutes away by car.
Ground floor:
Spacious downstairs master bedroom with en suite toilet and shower. Accessible for those who find stairs difficult. The room is furnished with a romantic brass bed and tasteful chest of drawers and wardrobe. The sitting room benefits from a wood burning stove bringing warmth and atmosphere. The dining room is off the well-equipped galley kitchen with separate cloakroom/utility room and toilet.
First floor:
Double bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet. Twin bedded room and separate bathroom with bath tub.
Second floor:
Two twin bedded rooms in the eaves of the house.
Outdoor:
Large fenced garden with garden furniture, gas barbecue and wood fired hot tub,

A great stay
The booking process was very efficiently handled and a handy discount on the ferry was achieved. The property was ideal for seven adults and three young children.The accommodation was very comfortable and centrally located, the weather was fabulous and the children were on the beaches every day. The children particularly liked the games room with various games and the Wi electronic game. The owner's wife was welcoming at the beginning of the holiday and sought our views at the end of the holiday which were very positive.

We’ve stayed at the Farmhouse numerous times now and it never disappoints. It’s always very well maintained and a lovely house to stay in. It has a lovely big enclosed garden for the children. The hot tub addition this year was a perfect addition

All of our family was impressed by Little Mersley Farmhouse. We enjoyed sitting in the garden and having a BBQ. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped for a larger group. Everyone was made to feel welcome and our breakfast in the cafe was delicious. There are lots of facilities onsite and we hope to visit again.
