Set in beautiful grounds, Elm Place offers ample living space and can be rented as a five bed or can be partially rented as a three bed or two bed. Finished to a high standard, whilst retaining a warm, homely feel, Elm Place is the perfect get away for four to twelve people.
Enjoy a barbeque on the patio during the summer or snuggle up around the log burner in the winter, the Isle of Wight is the perfect destination at any time of the year and the cottage is the perfect base for exploring.
Local attractions include The Needles, Blackgang Chine, Ventnor's Botanical Gardens, Osbourne House and Carisbrooke Castle to name but a few. Discover the Island's dinosaur heritage, visit one of many wildlife centres, enjoy a festival, or try a new water sport at one of many beaches.

A lovely base for our holiday
A lovely setting and a lovely property, it's actually a collection of 3 holiday lets and the photos are of all three properties so I didn't know beforehand which photos related to the property we were staying in. We stayed in the 2-bed called Elm Cottage and this had a beautiful large master bedroom and ensuite. Twin beds in the kids room, a large living room, separate dining room, kitchen, shower room and downstairs toilet. Lovely thick carpet on the top floor which was a nice touch of luxury to walk around on. Lots of space for the kids to play outside and inside. Met the property manager and owner on arrival and both very pleasant, we were provided with contact numbers should we need to get in touch during our stay but everything was fine. All electrical equipment worked and plenty of crockery/cutlery - also a washing machine and tumble dryer available. Lovely to sit outside at night and watch the stars - even saw a shooting star! I would recommend this property and would check if it's available should we visit the Isle of Wight again!

Elm place!
5th time on the Island and Elm place was by far our favourite! It was perfect for my husbands birthday weekend break! We would of loved to stay longer! Next time we will! Sally and Sue were brilliant! The views, the beautiful big bedroom, comfy bed, huge bathroom and massive living space! Even a washing machine and dryer so no dirty washing to take home! I thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here! 5*

Quiet and tranquil
The property was amazing, it boasts character and fits so well with its surroundings. Plenty of space in the two bed we stayed in with stunning views.
