A lovely British summer holiday in a good location

The location is lovely. The house is situated down a quiet road overlooking a pretty creek. The tides come in and out, my daughter loved checking each day to see whether or not the water was still there. The house was tidy and cosy we really were very comfortable there, like a home from home. There’s local restaurants and take aways near by, as well as a Tesco express which we found particularly helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, the house is a good base for getting around the island. If I had to give one criticism it would be that the double bed in the master bedroom is creaky. Otherwise a really enjoyable stay.

Totland - Isle of Wight

I was looking to have a short break with the family to relax. Checked the past reviews on this property and decided to book. I can honestly say it was a good decision. The accommodation was clean and tidy. Having en-suite showers to both bedrooms plus a downstairs washroom / shower was really convenient. There was plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware for those that was looking to cook . The location was very good and as was the residence that lived in the the nearby properties. Nearby amenities was a short drive away and the local beach and was a scenic 10 minute walk away. I would be more than happy to book this accommodation again without question.
