Super one bed ground floor flat. Very large lounge/dining area with 50 inch Smart wall mounted tv. Separate fitted kitchen, modern bathroom with large shower. There is a walk-in wardrobe at the end of the hall. Separate double bedroom. This large apartment has a very spacious feel. There is a communal garden outside the front door. The apartment has it's own private entrance from Main Street into the garden.
The property is situated in a cul-du-sac, so there is not a lot of passing traffic.
Opposite the apartment is Ironmonger Row swimming pool. This went under a major refurbishment a few years ago. There is also a sauna, spa, gym and launderette here.
There are restaurants and supermarkets all within 5 minutes walking distance. Just around the corner is the super Fish Central restaurant - a real gem!
The trendy areas of Shoreditch, Spitalfields and Upper Street are just a 10 minute walk away.
Regents canal is easily accessible, and you can enjoy a coffee by the waterside.
The location is great, with all the London main attractions easily accessible via the tube and bus network on your doorstep. Stroll through the City of London and you can reach St Pauls Catherdral in one direction and The Tower of London in the other. Nothing is far away. With many restaurants, bars night clubs nearby, its the perfect location.

Lovely apartment with great location.
We stayed here for a mix of business (nearby in the City) and a few days holiday. The apartment is on a quiet side street with good bus connections 2-5 minutes away and the Northern line at Old Street. There is a good sized Coop grocery store around the corner and a large Waitrose about 10 minutes walk.

Superb Experience
Fantastic time in London with tours around all the top tourist sites. Apartment was a real home from home with everything you need, a beautiful airy space and I particularly liked the rainfall shower. Janet was a perfect host who answered all our questions and gave perfect advice on what to do and where to go I cannot recommend this Apartment highly enough and would love to return as there is so much to do and see Many thanks Janet for an amazing time Georgina
