Perfect Location and Comfy
The home is beautiful and looks recently remodeled. Very comfortable stay. The Location of the home is excellent, very easy to reach downtown in just a few minutes and easy access to the roads up to the hills. I couldn’t have found a better location. Nice neighborhood with beautiful creek and lake you drive by everyday. We also had a pair of deer that stayed on the street and walked through the yard most evenings. Don’t miss the drive up the street to the beautiful chapel!! Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Great location, property very organized and clean
This property is perfectly located between different sites you might want to see while in the area. As a bonus, The Chapel in the Hills (which is beautiful) is right down the road. It was very clean upon arrival, and also very well organized with everything you would need for your stay. I guess I had forgotten there were two bathrooms when I booked, so my son was pleasantly surprised when he found a small bathroom in his room. ?????Lastly, an awesome welcome letter is sent out with all the information you need not only about the rental, but also about the area, including grocery store and tourist sites.

Top notch
My family was in town for a memorial service and wanted something more comfortable than hotel rooms. We were not disappointed. The house was clean and bright. Having a sitting area to spend time together when we had down time was so nice. Also, being able to cook for ourselves and not have to go out for every meal was appreciated as well. The beds were a little soft for my liking, but that’s just a personal preference, but we all appreciated having our own space. I especially liked having access to the 1/4 bath to get ready on my own time without having to wait for the rest of the family. Overall this is a great space and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay comfortably in Rapid. This was the first time the rest of my group had stayed at a rental house like this, and I think they may do it again after the positive experience we had here. Thanks is for a great stay Dee.

Black Hills Grandma/ Grandpa camp
Condition of the property and house was good. One comment on the stairs to the front porch, since I tripped twice. I do not think that they are built according to building code(proper rise and stair tread). We enjoyed the home. Having five children with us, we ate all or meals there or as a picnic on the road.

It was such a comfortable home to come back to after returning from the area attractions. The lake and walking trails were beautiful and a great way to spend an evening. My husband enjoyed the trout fishing which was very close to the house. Thanks for a great stay.

Great stay in Rapid City
Relaxing with all the essentials. We had an issue with furnace but it got taken care of promptly. Area is great and the home was comfy and cozy. Way better than staying at a hotel. Will be back if make another trip to Rapid City.

Great location and a comfortable home
The house is located in a very convenient neighborhood - about 4 miles from downtown and only steps to Rapid Creek and Canyon Lake for outstanding trout fishing. House was very clean, well equipped and quite comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front porch was wonderful.
