Welcome to the BVG Marina Ixtapa and Thank You for choosing this site for your getaway vacation. The BVG Marina provides a variety of services to fit each vacationer’s desires and is located on the quietest part of Ixtapa. Some of the services include: a beautiful infinity swimming pool, a separate children’s swimming pool, kids play area, pool snack bar, 2 jacuzzis, entertainments center with billiards and cards tables, business meeting rooms, indoor movie theater, and a computer room with Wi-Fi for your use. (Tennis courts, fitness center complete with sauna and steam rooms, and world class spa).
Our home away from home is located on the 6th floor of the South wing of the BVG Marina condo and offers an amazing view of Ixtapa’s beautiful beach and Pacific Ocean. The condo includes: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dinning room, laundry room, and a balcony with an unforgettable view. The kitchen consists of an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric tea kettle (all stainless steel), and granite counter tops.
The living room is furnished with an L-shaped couch/sleeper that comfortably sleeps two people, 46-inch LCD TV, Blue ray player-home Theater and Wi-fi internet. The bedroom has a 32-inch LCD TV complete with cable channels.
The condo is thoughtfully located across the street from the Marina Ixtapa golf course and beautiful green mountains, which can be seen from the bedroom. Many shops and restaurants are in walking distance from the condo, but cabs and public transportation are easily available to travel to the exciting old city of Zihuatanejo, just four miles away.
The temperature is usually between 23-33 degrees Celsius all year round. The water temperature changes about 1 degree throughout the year. We once again welcome and encourage all to experience the beauty Ixtapa has to offer.

We absolutely loved your condo. Your pictures don't do it justice. Our view was spectacular so we spent a lot of time on the patio. We would definitely stay there again. You were so helpful with where to buy groceries and what to expect. It was everything you told us and more.
Outstanding condo
My wife and I had a great time at this condo, we had only stayed at all inclusives to this point, it was great not getting up early in the morning to run down and save pools chairs. We loved waking up in morning and having our breakfast on the deck watching the waves roll onto the beach, and enjoying the fabulous view. The condo was very clean and came with everything you would need. The grounds surrounding the condo were well maintained and there is a great little snack bar by the pool, where you could get lunch, or a cold beer for $2.00 and the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed using the tennis court and the gym had a spectacular view. It was also only a five minute walk across the street to the marina and the golf course which made life easy. Mark (the owner) was very accommodating and helpful. Any questions we had he promptly answered, and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Overall we loved this condo and it's location and would highly recommend renting this unit, we will be back.
BVGM is fantastic!
This was our first experience renting a property and from first contact to last, we have nothing but great things to say about this owner and the condo! Condo was EXACTLY as featured in photos,and there was absolutely nothing missing in the unit that we could have possibly needed.. The BVGM itself is a beautiful property, our view was spectacular, the grounds lush and well tended. The huge infinity pool is amazing and all the staff, from security, pool, snack bar inclusive, were super friendly and helpful. We had a problem week 2 of our stay with the air conditioner and the on site property manager for the owner handled it immediately. This was our first visit to Ixtapa and we were in love with it within 24 hours! Thank you Mark, we for sure will be back and would 100% recommend this unit .

Bay View Grand Marina
We loved staying at the Bay View Grand Marina! Top notch condo with amazing ocean front views from our balcony. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean and with all the modern conveniences. Great king bed and more sleeping room on the sectional sofa. Photos were spot on. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and ready to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. He arranged to have a container of water in the condo along with ice for us. The infinity pool and the grounds were beautifully kept and clean. The snack bar was handy to have too...good fish tacos and my new tropical dessert drink, Pina Colada with Kahlua, yum! Great building security. The Marina is right across the street with ample restaurants to eat at. We often took the bus to Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo to restaurants and for shopping. The Blue Shrimp has good food and the best frozen Margaritas in Ixtapa. We also like the Any restaurant in Zihuat. We had the most amazing sunset dinner at the Emporio Hotel on the beach. We actually saw the sign walking the beach. $220 pesos for a huge buffet spread of salads, breads, veggies, bbqed meats of beef, pork, shrimp, wonderful desserts and a beverage, all this while watching the beautiful sunset. We also took in the Guitar Festival and the evening proved to be very entertaining. We love Ixtapa/Zihuat the culture, the beautiful people. We will definitely be back!

A Wonderful Rental Experience!
My wife and I recently spent 10 days at this unit within the Bay View Grand Marina condo, and as others have said, it is precisely as advertised. Owner Mark was a pleasure to work with, and went out of his way to address our questions and ensure that we had a great time. Only wish I'd had the opportunity to meet him in person! We really loved the location of this unit in the building -- 6th floor on the south wing. We had sun on the balcony for a couple of hours in the morning, but after that only shade which was a welcome relief when coming in from the pool and beach all day. The beach in Ixtapa is phenomenal and extremely clean. The building is in a quiet location so you're not listening to all-night partying from all-inclusive resorts. The pools here are quite likely the nicest we've ever experienced -- especially nice for sunbathing with the 6" deep wide apron surrounding the 4' deep main sections. Though there are those who violate the policy of not reserving lounges by dropping off early-morning towels, we had no problem finding lounges and umbrellas to break up the sun. We also appreciated the new restaurant/bar near the pools. Food was tasty, drinks were good and prices considerably lower than what one would expect in such an environment. Not only would we consider visiting Ixtapa again with its great weather (about 85 and sunny with a light breeze every one of our ten days), but we would stay at BVG also -- and this unit, if available.

Fantastic!
What a beautiful place. Everything was clean and in good order. The on-sight restaurant has wonderful food and is very affordably priced. It's about a 15 minute walk to town which we liked for the exercise. The pool was huge and the grounds were well maintained. Our microwave didn't work upon our arrival but the owner Mark was quick to make arrangements for it to be fixed. This is THE nicest place you can stay while in Ixtapa. Mark is a very easy going guy and nice to work with. Stay here you won't regret it:)

Mark was very efficient and prompt. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. We stayed at this condo for 28 days. The southalso allowed us to avoid the noisy construction on north side. Walking out the door and being able to get on a paved running/bike path or to the 2 mile beach is ideal for us.

This is the best 10 day vacation my husband and I have had in years. Million dollar view, Great beach, great surf, great pools, great time. Unit is fully loaded: washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, comfortable king-size bed. Close to the Marina and affordable taxis (or buses) that can take you minutes away to dinner in Ixtapa (try Franks for casual and Dorothy's for more) or 10 minutes away in Zihuatanego (highly recommend Coconuts and Tentaciones for a romantic evening). Also on site, tennis courts, an amazing Spa (great massages!) and, for those inclined to leave the beach, five minutes from golf. Mark, the owner, is 100%. All directions and instructions were bang on and easy.

Outstanding location and the best pool on the beach
This is our second stay in Marek's condo and our 5th time at the BVG. The condo is fabulous. A great layout, very clean and comfortable and has a gorgeous view of the beach and Ixtapa. Marek is great to deal with! We are already booked for next year! That tells you how much we love the place!

We loved Mark's condo!! It had everything we required for a very comfortable (3) month stay! We would most definitely stay at this condo again! It's on the South side which is perfect. We would eat breakfast & dinner on the lovely patio. The views are spectacular! We enjoyed the fireworks on New Year's Eve & other times when they would have them. Mark(the owner) was so easy to deal with. Thank you Mark! The building itself is very well maintained & the pool areas are gorgeous! If you are looking for a well maintained, clean, perfect location condo on the beach ... well this is it!
