Fully furnished condo located in luxurious LaSolana condominiums, a resort style community for adults 55 and older. LaSolana has a large outdoor pool, hot tub and clubhouse with it's own theater, computers, library, hair salon, etc., and optional planned daily activities. The condo has a secure top floor location near a quiet elevator. No steps are necessary to enter this condo !! The unit also has private, covered parking for both a vehicle and golf cart. A golf cart can be rented nearby, if desired, for the duration of your stay.
The spacious rear patio has a spectacular view of the nearby mountains. Patio includes a table ,chairs and an electric grill for outdoor cooking.

This condo is immaculate, with top quality furniture, decor and NEW heating/air conditioner. Upgraded appliances include washer, dryer, dish washer and refrigerator with automatic ice maker. New 50' HD SmartTV and Blu Ray DVD player in living room. The MBR has a wall mounted 39' HD Smart TV with king bed, walk-in closet and private bath room. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a large computer desk and printer and a 27' HD flat screen cabinet mounted TV. Second bath room is accessible for both guests and/or visitors. Accordion door separates second bedroom suite from the living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, appliances and a lovely glass table and 4 chairs. A separate dining area has a beautiful wood table and 6 matching chairs, and extra leaf for more formal dining. Unit is tiled throughout. Bedrooms are carpeted.
LaSolana guests have access, if desired, to all Sun City Grand amenities including 4 golf courses, tennis/pickleball, cycling, 2 activity centers with indoor and outdoor pools, fitness and craft centers. A variety of pre-scheduled activities are also available, including casino, theater and out of town trips. Shopping and restaurants are nearby within easy walking distance.
For baseball fans, LaSolana is close to the spring training camps for a number of Major League Teams, including the Rangers, Royals, Mariners and Padres, Indians and Cubs.
Medical offices are located adjacent to the condo and include physical rehab and urgent care facilities.

A multi-month discount may be available. Please contact owner at 573 280 7399. May thru August rate includes $75 provision for electric usage. Usage bill above that will be deducted from security deposit. Normal monthly electric bill during that period averages $150/month.
Receipt of deposit and signed short term rental agreement are required for rental acceptance by owner.
great all-around rental in Sun City local!
This is a great condo - fitting our requirements of king bed - nice balcony - free internet - good tvs - comfortable furniture for Tall men etc.! We would recommend it highly. Very clean, well-stocked & conveniently located next to shopping center. Rec center was big bonus with books - videos - party room - VERY friendly staff. Easy to meet owners / renters around the salt-water pool & hot tub.
Great place to stay in Sun City
We have stayed here 2 or 3 times over the last few years and always find the condo clean and well supplied with bedding and utensils. Air conditioning works well on those 85 + days. Good location for accessing grocery shopping and not far from shopping centers. Gateway to the rest of the city and for access to Arizona's geat tourist locations, like Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

Great place
We are becoming regular visitors to La Solana. We love having the pool, hot tub, and club house right there, unlike staying in most houses where you have to drive to get to the amenities. It is easy to meet people and we met several new friends in our short time there. It's a nice short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The condo itself is clean and bright, well stocked with good sheets and towels, and all you need in the kitchen. The owner and property manager were both very kind and helpful.

Comfort with Excellent Value
We are completing a three-month (Jan-March 2014) rental of this LaSolana condo. The condo has proven to be very comfortable, clean and of high quality. The kitchen utensils, glassware, pots, pans and linens are well stocked. The rental fee includes access to cable TV and high speed internet which is a value-add feature. We were very pleased with the den which can serve as an office, reading room or guest bedroom. The tile floor, carpeting, furniture, flat screen TV and patio make the condo a well decorated “home away from home.” In the event of questions or concerns, we found the condo property manager to be extremely responsive and professional. The LaSolana complex is beautifully landscaped highlighted by a heated pool and a clubhouse offering a variety of fun activities. The LaSolana grounds are well maintained and secure. The location is excellent being close and having access to all Sun City Grand amenities! The rental fee is competitive and of excellent value. Thank you!
Enjoyable stay!
This was our first visit to Sun City Grand. When we first opened the door to the condo, we knew we would feel 'at home'. It was very clean, nicely decorated and well-maintained. We participated in many activities at the club house and pool area and also enjoyed the area attractions . Grocery shopping and restaurants were convenient and in walking distance. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful condo
We loved the condo!! It has a great look with new furniture (comfy), new TVs with many channels, and very tasteful decorating touches. It's a very restful feeling!!!! It was so easy to 'move in'. Love that there are spices, starter toiletries, and nice linens. Also appreciated the pool towels. The three ring binder answered all of our questions as well as provided local interest sites and activities. We have rented from this owner for several years and have never been disappointed.

Our June stay at 5301 at La Solana
My husband & I loved staying at Don's unit, #5301, at La Solana during the month of June, 2017. The furnishings were good looking & comfortable. The beds, sheets, & linens were wonderful & comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked & everything was in like-new condition. Also, we enjoyed using the electric grill on the patio/deck. We also enjoyed the beautifully landscaped property at La Solana, & the morning & evening swims in the palm surrounded pool. The location of the condo was perfect for quick access to restaurants, shopping, & the pools at nearby Adobe & Cimmaron . Staying at Don's condo was the perfect getaway, & we hope to do it again.

The condo is beautiful!!! It has everything you could possible need. Probably the nicest condo we have ever stayed in!! The beds are extremely comfortable. Plus the kitchen also has everything you would possibly need to cook meals. We would highly recommend it!!

March Vacation in AZ
Joe & I had a wonderful time during our stay the month of March. Your condo is great! We had everything we needed and more! LaSolona condos are beautiful!
