Ideal for a family vacation and situated on the northern coast of this Caribbean Island, Malibu Beachfront Condos are right on the beach! Located in the town of Loíza – approximately 25 minutes (14 miles) east of San Juan Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) - this well-designed condo complex on the outskirts of the San Juan metropolitan area offers spectacular views. The condo is a 2 level penthouse with a sun-kissed southern exposure featuring breathtaking views of the ocean and the mountain rainforest of El Yunque. The complex has a gate for beach access, a gazebo with tables and chairs, restrooms and 3 pools. Perfect to share with family and friends!

Suitable for two couples, single adults or adults with children, this fully furnished condo has 3 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin size beds (bunk beds) in the 3rd bedroom. Spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. Accessed from the living room by way of a beautiful spiral staircase, the 2nd level contains an expansive open terrace with magnificent views of both the ocean and mountains. A portion of the terrace is covered and contains patio furniture and additional seating – ideal for entertaining guests for outdoor dining and/or cocktails.
Our location is perfect for exploring the island. We are approximately 25 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Course and 15 minutes from Trump’s International Golf Course in Río Grande. El Yunque National Forest is 15 minutes away. The Piñones with their beaches, boardwalk and bicycle trails are 5 minutes down the road. We are approximately 30 minutes from Fajardo where you can schedule fishing excursions or catch a ferry to the enchanting islands of Vieques and Culebra.
Nearby are many conveniences including a shopping center containing a 24 hour Walmart, Walgreens, Marshalls, Burger King, Dunkin’ Donuts, Taco Bell and Ponderosa – all within a 10 minute drive. Located about 15 minutes south, the Outlet 66 Mall in Canóvanas has a food court and the Caribbean Cinemas movie theater that shows current releases in English.

Relaxing Rooftop Bliss
This is our second time at this property and we will be back again. You just can't beat the rooftop for a great view of El Yunque and the water. We enjoyed it with our morning coffee and our evening cocktail...beautiful and quiet. The condo is located conveniently for touring El Yunque and enjoying the beach and kiosks at Luquillo. This time we also loved just stepping through the gate to the private beach for condo residents....along with the onsite pool. Cant wait to go back!

Beautiful through and through
We always like to stay places not commonly visited by tourists. Puerto Rico has been a place we have yet to visit, but we are glad we did! The property was just as described. The views were amazing from both sides of the rooftop. There was so much to do all within an hour of the condo, I am sure we missed a lot as well. Owner was always in contact to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommended for people not wanting to deal with a lot of people.
